    I did the directions when I got my blue classic. It did not fill the cup no matter the size. The company sent me another one for no charge. I did what the directions said. The medium setting barely half a cup, the larger size filled about an inch away from the cup in the Midium size cup and in a larger mug less than half. Very disappointing. I bought all this coffee for nothing. I want my money back.

    very good machine,lasts about 1-2 yrs, at about 2 hrs of use per day. k-cups are really good,would never go back to brewing a pot again.
