While most times it works great, occasionally it flubs it. 1. Doesn't always tell you that you need more water so you get a short cup. 2. Occasionally spits water all over the place 3. Auto shut off takes way too long. Haven't seen it shut off by itself, ever There's more but I can't think of then right now
