OK - but has issues

Only issue is the de-scaling process is a pain, and it splashes all over the counter as it fills the coffee cup. Also, this design has only a two or three year life expectancy (based on past experience). I suggest purchasing an extended warranty with it (I did) as a precaution.

Keurig's offer was half off a much higher price new model and color selection is down to red or black. Not impressed with manufacturing quaity/value delivered.
