Only issue is the de-scaling process is a pain, and it splashes all over the counter as it fills the coffee cup. Also, this design has only a two or three year life expectancy (based on past experience). I suggest purchasing an extended warranty with it (I did) as a precaution.

I bought this one because it does not have a screen. It works very well except for the large mug button does not give hardly any more coffee than the medium button. Other than that I have had no problems.
