It broke after getting one cup of coffee

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. I'm not a coffee person but she says that her morning routine is better now. Has multiple settings and the flavors are plenty, even hot coco and tea options which I like to use ever so often. Overall not too bulky and it was very well priced.
