We love our new Keurig - we had one before so we knew what to expect and it did not disappoint. love it!!

We don't drink a ton of coffee or drinks but the Keurig is versatile and we have been very happy with ours as we can get different pod drinks for it. My only wish would be to have a small (non- heating) dispense button to clear out the nozzle from hot cocoa kcups. That way you wouldn't have to run a whole cup through it.

Great item at a wonderful price. Wife loves it and easy to use.

Wife had the original Keurig for a few years now and it was started to show wear and make weird noises. Not needing all the bells and whistles of the latest and greatest Keurig's currently available, she opted for this one. She is very pleased and as they say "Happy wife, Happy life" LOL...

Our original Keurig was about 8 years old and despite my best efforts to clean and purge, it got to the point of doing it almost weekly, and we finally gave in and bought this one to replace it. So far, so good.

I replaced my old Keurig because it kept plugging up (just a few drops of coffee comes out). I bought this one. I am using green mountain Breakfast blend (keurig brand). After a couple of weeks, this new one starting plugging up. Keurig replaced it. The new one keeps plugging up. You have to take a paper clip to the input needle. I don't think I should have to fight with this machine every few days. Keurig either has a problem with this model or the Green Mountain K-cups. I feel like I just wasted my money. I used to be a Keurig fan, but not anymore.

I bought this model several years ago, so simple and still works great. Buying another while on sale to replace my current maker when I inevitably retire it.

Brand new and lasted only 2 to 3 months when starting to have problems. I won't recommend it. Save your money.

Great product and the fact that it can hold additional water for multiple cups of coffee was the best feature for me.

My first Keurig lasted over a year. 2 cups per day. Coffee = Keurig breakfast blend. This unit only lasted a month before it would repeatedly clog up and fail to dispense coffee. Every morning I have to use a paperclip to clean the top spike so the unit will work. Best Buy wouldn't help me because the unit was over 30 days old, even though it was still under warranty. Keurig sent me a new one that lasted 4 days before it clogged up. Keurig has a problem with these K cups or this machine. I'm going back to a non-hassle drip machine. Keurig you failed.

It works great but i would go with a single serve if you're not planning on making a lot of coffee. Takes a lot of water before it will brew and a while to heat up

i love this unit but it doesn't seem to heat the water as hot asw my old Keurig

This is my 2nd Keurig. I bought one just like this that lasted a little over a year and it died. The circuit board shorted out and it would no longer power on. Researching online, it is a common problem and somewhat of a design defect. Since it was past the warranty, Keurig couldn't offer me anything. This finally went on sale so I decided to take a chance on another one. Hopefully this one will last.

Still the best Kuerig option. Use it everyday for multiple cups. My last machine lasted 7 years

My last Keurig K50 quit working after a little more than a year. I bought another just like it and it lasted less than 6 months. They seem to make good coffee but will not last very long. I will replace this one (I bought the extended warranty) and hope it will last a little longer.

Product is fine and its been a year. I would recommend this for coffee users.
