We didn't need a coffee maker with a large reservoir. The only downside, and the reason I gave it four stars instead of 5, is that we do have to refill it with water daily. Not a big deal for us.

Used mine every single day and bought another one for my office. I can't imagine going back to the old coffee pot. Best Buy had the best price and even included a $20 gift card. My earlier model broke down and I called Keurigs customer service and they just requested me to send only the pod loading part and sent me a brand machine! Highly recommended.

It works perfect, its easy to setup, easy to add water, and the accessories are easy to find. She now has a smile on her face every morning when shes making her cup of coffee, and even though I don't drink coffee, I buy the black tea, and hot cocoa k-cups to drink as well. Perfect machine and 0 complaints.

So I suggested this because I can get use out of it to make my hot chocolate and I heard you get better quality taste. The first time he used it he became absolutely in love with this purchase and wishes he would have done it sooner. He said his coffee has never tasted this good.
