    Coffee seemed a bit weak. Looks like they changed the lower needle comoared to my older model keurig. Or the needle was defective. Returned it, and went back to using the older keurig.

    Missed Opportunity

    The dual coffee machine from Keurig has been reworked, but still a missed opportunity. The K cup side seems to work well and makes a good hot cup of coffee. The miss is on the carafe side. The coffee comes out lukewarm, and after having made quite a few pots, it still has an odd plastic taste to it. I was hoping this machine would be the ticket for ease in the morning and half of it is, however, the other half is not. It is also on the expensive side given the fact the carafe does not produce good coffee.

    Hate it, sure it makes coffee. And randomly makes it by itself. Yay, coffee water all over the counter. Oh and to turn on and set carafe or k up is a fun rewarding task cause it will light up the wrong brew. So you get to unplug and try again. Yay waking up to a miserable experience!

    We’re on our 3rd Keureg Duo right now. keureg replaces them readily enough and while they work they work well but they tend to die and they do not recover. No power. No indicators. Worst of all, no coffee. Look elsewhere

    Worked ok for about a week. The amount of cofee it brews for single cul or the cofee pot is not consistent at all. The biggest problem is i get a “error 8 add water” code almost every time I make a pot of cofee. The worst coffee maker I have ever used.

    We used this thing for three weeks, with mixed usage of pods and a couple pots of coffee. We used filtered water all the time. Suddenly, the machine stopped pulling in water, wouldn't make coffee and displayed an error code ERR1 on the display, which didn't show anywhere in the manual or support page. Since it was a Black Friday purchase, I went to exchange it or return it, and the Best Buy sales associate was less than helpful and seemed to be trying to do her best to have me purchase a protection plan and exchange it as opposed to return it. Just so we're clear, I brought it back on December 21, and the return window was until January 14.

    Wonderful machine and love it when it works. First one worked about 1 month then just quit and could not turn on. Exchanged for new one and again worked wonderful but just quit after about 4 months. Best Buy is wonderful and is not in any way their fault and every Keurig I have owned has always worked perfectly without ever having any issue. This new design however must have faulty electronics.

    Dead on arrival. Kept spitting out two different error codes. Customer support was totally useless on trying to troubleshoot, and the best response was I could get it replaced by them in "6 to 8 weeks upon confirmed delivery of original product." Returning this asap. Total waste of over $150 dollars for a coffee maker, which mind you have is a class of product that has existed for far longer than Keurig has, with no problems.

    Absolute piece of garbage. Very poorly made and low quality. Every time you close the piece that holds the K Cup it feels like it might break. I had this item for 58 days and it stopped working. Won't even power on. I will NEVER buy another Keurig product. Absolutely terrible brand and product.
