    I liked making brewed coffee in a carafe and my wife preferred the K Cups. This required two different machines with two separate footprints. This unit is the best of both worlds and allows us to downsize to one appliance.

    The pot brewing is the right temp and time to brew a great coffee. The pod brewing is an upgrade to the older kurieg brewers. The pods are pierced in 5 spots, for a stronger cup. Very happy with the quality of the brewed coffees.

    Replaced a Cuisinart that was leaking after 1 year. The Keurig is better quality and quieter.

    still we need to use the capsules side but the big jar is okay is I little confused for the people can use the new devices but is okay for me

    We've had this for over a month now and it's working well. The pouring spout for the carafe is much improved with no leakage. Also the kcup makes a much better cup of coffee compared with earlier versions of this coffee maker.

    I can’t figure out how to power off manually when pot is empty and universal reusable kcup does not fit. Auto brew is great!!! Easy to work besides power button
