Love the options this keurig has. I just rid of my 10 year old keurig unit just because I wanted to upgrade to one with more options. Like the keurig brand, the units are top quality and great looking on any counter top.

We've always been a fan of the Keurig machine. Our old one was about 3 years old and started to act up so we purchased this new one which has a few more features. Still happy with this brand.

This Keurig holds a lot of water. More than Most. I like the iced coffee Feature

Holds 75oz of water so I don’t have to refill as often. The strong feature lives up to its name. Very satisfied with this purchase! Not to mention the price was right and the color options.

These poop out after awhile. Wish they wouldn’t. These are convenient but there is nothing great about them.

At first it was telling me to add water and the tank was half way full. Now it will not make coffee. It keeps turning itself off. Had my old Kerrigan for many years. I was happy with it at first but not now. Definitely a lemon.

My favorite small appliance! I love both iced and hot coffee. I use the hot water option to cook ramen for my kids! I have had it for over a year and have had 0 issues! Highly recommended

out of all the Keurig's this one has to be the best one! I definitely recommend it! super fast!

The agents were excellent and efficient. I liked that they kept me informed of what they were doing and even checked in to assure me they were still there during waiting periods. I believe my one drive storage issue is fixed, but when I look at my files the majority of them still have a red little x next to them. I don't know yet if the issue is completely fixed.

I have owned Keurig coffee makers since they were invented. This has a nice timer for the water so that the machine automatically shuts off. The only down side is sometimes the coffee is hot, and sometimes, not so hot.

This coffee maker is superb! This was a replacement for one we had prior. While this one doesn't have the touchscreen that our older one did, It's user interface is easy to use. Cleaning is the same and not difficult. Overall great coffee maker!

Our first Keuring… no issues…love the extra settings. As we like stronger coffee, the extra brewing button is perfect. Saw the smaller ones did not have the options. Great Best Buy pricing.

This is the third Keurig coffee maker that I buy, for a lot is the best one, has a lot of size options and the time to warmer up is really short! If you are thinking to buy one Keurig this has to be your best option!

I have had this Keurig for only 3 months. It started spewing hot water all over the counter for no reason whatsoever and now it will not turn on. This unit was pretty expensive to last only 3 months!
