Ordered online, but had to return the one initially shipped as there was no shipping box...just the product box. It was ripped and dented upon arrival. Looked like it had been opened (maybe returned?) Took it to the store and they were very helpful to replace it with a new one. The only downside is that it's not ready to go when it's used. You have to turn it on and let it take time to heat the water again.

Loving the Color, Loving the Coffee

I like how I can program it to turn off after my last cup. Makes good coffee. Think it's up to me to provide the good coffee. I'm happy with the options in size and that I can select strong. Yep, I'm glad I got it. Just wish it had been on sale.
