It has started making strange noises and does seem to heat the water as well. Best Buy had on sale so purchased as backup.

I am the only one in the house who drinks coffee so making a 12 cup pot was so wasteful. It warms up quickly. You can set a timer when you typically awake so the water is hot and ready for coffee. I drink two cups of iced coffee a day so I get able a week between refills.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to love this Keurig, but within 20 minutes of use it kept tripping our breaker in the kitchen, nothing else was running. It must have tripped it 6 times within those 20 minutes. Also the box didn’t come with pods, as if someone took them out and resealed it. The build quality is very poor compared the older Plus Series which is a solid build minus the touch screen issues here and there. This unit also did not dispense in a stream but rather kept shift right and left so I had to move the cup to make sure the water didn’t spill. Like I said I really wanted to like this, but coming from an older Keurig this one did not make the cut at all. Maybe their next design won’t be poorly built.

This model has more cup size choices,it's quieter when heating and the metal body feels better when closing the top.

Great coffee brewer

Easy to maintain. Also like that it has the hit water feature and the ice coffee feature as well. Over all a great marker east, quick and convenient.
