We are very pleased with Kerrigan K Elite SingleServe. Easy to set up and use. Water is hot which is good. Has larger water reservoir and excellent added features stronger brew, iced coffee, different sized companies. We purchased using Best Buy Reward dollars - sweet deal. Water reservoir could be made of thicker plastic seems little weak when filled with water.

But, my removal of 1 star, and I actually believe I’m being generous here, is for the way Best Buy described and shipped the Keurig Elite. What I purchased was an “Open Box-Excellent”product. I’ve purchased many open box items over many many years, and from many different stores. That being said, until the past few years Best Buy was always the premier seller in this category, without a doubt. I don’t know about you but I always expected an “Open Box-Excellent,” usually a simple customer return in the original box but the box might be damaged, thus the discount. After going back and reviewing the description and doing some research, I realized the error is mine. Times have changed …people throw away the boxes right away then decide they don’t like it and return it for a full refund on Best Buy’s dime. Now I did get a big discount for this and realizing that was my error in assumption is not my complaint with the product or Best Buy for this reason. Although, I do believe customers would be better served if an actual full description of the product they are going to receive is listed online. It may save everyone some headaches in the long run. My problem with Best Buy is the way they packaged my Keurig Elite. They didn’t have the original box and they packed it in a cardboard Keurig box with bubble wrap, which in itself would be absolutely fine, but whomever tested the machine didn’t remove the remaining water that primes the tubing. It actually seemed like there was a lot more water but I really can’t imagine anyone putting an instruction manual in a water tank that still had water inside, can you? The manual was completely wet along with everything else inside the box. It was a complete mess. Once cleaned up it works fine so far…I wish I would’ve thought to take pictures or video but I didn’t grow up taking pictures of everything. It’s not my first thought or even my second. So, again great deal if it continues to work. Employees at Best Buy need some training or something..I don’t know. It wasn’t always like this.

It's a nice machine, but some of the programmable features are goofy to configure. I'm in favor of simplicity, and basically I just need this to pop the top of a k-pod and rain some hot water over it until it's done. I hope it lasts as long as my old machine, which was one of those with the obnoxious sensor that would not let you brew any pod without the Keurig-branded ring on the top. That was a drag.

I bought this to replace a much older model. I like the buttons instead of the touch screen. However, this feels very flimsy. It's very light, which is nice, however, it means that it's very easy to move when changing the pod.

This Keurig is great. Has so many cup sizes. It's perfect for any cup you have. The look is sleek. I like the fact that it turns itself off after a certain time (I left it at the default time of 15 mins). Coffee comes out great every time. Have not tried the ice coffee option since I usually drink coffee only in the morning. Very happy with my purchase. Even happier since I got it when it was on sale.

Great price & quality product! I bought the slimmer version & did not like it at all. This one is much better and looks better as well.

This Keurig looks great and works great with ease. Makes strong brew (which we like) and different sized cups. Water is hot.

Our Keurig had stopped working after a number of years. So I immediately went to the Best Buy website and look to see if they sold them and they did. I bought one on immediate. The water reserve holes I’d say enough for it’s either 412 ounce coffee cups or 416 ounce coffee cups. Can’t remember the size of our coffee cups eat up quickly and as usual makes excellent coffee. Also the price at Best Buy was fantastic.

I love this Keurig. It beautiful and convenient. 1 cup at a time keeps me disciplined and not over do it.

It works so wonderful. Easy to use. And so convenient!!! I would tell everyone this is an amazing product. Every home that drinks coffee should own one. Also makes iced coffee when you add ice to the beverage. So great to relax at any time of day and just enjoy a coffee. If you are coming home from shopping or a work day using this Keurig is so convenient!!!

This is a very good coffeemaker at a good price. You can also select the strength and temperature which isn’t available in all coffeemakers.

Pros: 5 cup size options, a Strong Brew option, a hot water only option, a cold brew option, as easy to use as pushing a button. Cons: the lid to the water tank is not hinged or secured to the tank and just sits on top. A minor issue, but it's a bit awkward when refilling the tank.

Easy to use. Looks good with the brushed silver. Can pro gram easily. Very pleased.

Bought this for my nephew as a house-warming gift. He is a big coffee drinker and says that this is perfect for his place given it's pretty sleek, looks modern, and fits perfectly in his apartment. It brews hot coffee pretty quickly too so it's great if you're in a rush and is faster than waiting in a long line at a drive-through (cheaper too). You can buy a reusable pod to be more environmentally friendly as well which is great!!

The Keruig K-Elite is a coffeemaker for People who Want a HOT, Great tasting cup of coffee, Especially first thing in the morning… This coffee maker has Many features. I Love that you can finally get a “Large” cup of coffee that has a setting for 12oz. And the coffee isn’t weak on that setting, Plus if you want a stronger cup of coffee, there is a setting for that also. You can make iced coffee, and the best part is that I don’t have to heat my coffee in the microwave to get my coffee hot anymore. My older Keruig I had to microwave my coffee all the time to get it hotter for me. This coffee maker has the setting to make the coffee hotter and also a setting for hot water that is great for oatmeal and the cup of soup. I’m very happy that I finally made my decision to get the K-Elite. If you run out of the coffee pods, Or find that it’s expensive to use the pods, you have the option to use the adapter to use your own coffee. I use the adapter often because I like to get the flavored coffee of my choice, that isn’t sold for the Keruig coffee maker.

i love this machine. because of this product I started to drink coffee. the quality is different from other coffee makers. and its very easy to use. highly recommended.

This Keurig is even better than our previous model. The profile and footprint are exactly what we were looking for. The brewing selections are a step up from our last model. The brewing times are spot on as is the time required for the water to come to temperature. I highly recommend this Keurig model.
