Great alternative to the full size pricier models

My wife has been wanting one of these for a while. We bought an older model years ago, but returned it because of the size, cost, and TCO with pods at the time. This unit went on sale for a great price, and because of the compact size, and ease of use, I decided to purchase it for her to fill the void returning the old one left. The new one is a little slimmer than the full-size units by several inches. It fits on the narrow drawers nicely. You operate it by first powering it on, lifting the water reservoir area and filling it up to 10oz. Then, lifting the pod container causes the water to be brought into the heating chamber. Pop your pod in, close it, and press brew. It takes a few minutes to warm up, but I believe it's only around 2min max. When it starts brewing, it's very silent. I did find the pod container a little more difficult to close than the bigger units due to the design. That, and the fact I can't fit a larger mug under it are the only 2 negatives I really have about this unit. Overall, it's a great, inexpensive solution for someone looking to use K-Cups occasionally. If you have the space, and find yourself using several pods a day, you might invest in the bigger guys with the water reservoir, as they deliver faster results. For someone who has 1 or less a day, this is a great solution.

Matched our kitchen perfectly, we were psyched. Worked perfect (if you have a lot of time on your hands and aren't in a rush) for about 10 cups of coffee, then just completely stopped working. Won't even turn on. Looks nice but cheaply made. Definitely do not buy this one. There are so many others, don't buy one for the color like we did, mistake, huge mistake. There were a ton of 4 letter words we used for it but for this review, let's use JUNK. We have about 300 pods we bought for this horror show so we are now forced to buy another pods type thing. Brewing a full pot of coffee takes less time than 1 cup from this JUNK. BTW, takes about 5 minutes to warm up and get a 8 oz cup of coffee. Not sure where any of you are from but in NY time, that is about 4 hours and about 1/5th of the caffeine you need to just get out the front door. JUST DON"T DO IT!!!!!!

So I'm a review addict!!! I read all these reviews about how small it was. I guess it depends on the person. For me, I'm a neat freak. So compact was perfect. With a small child & bottle racks & sippy cups, this piece of perfection tucks away perfectly in the corner. I was able to fit it on a stand holder which store all my K-cups & mason jar of sugar. Plus I even posted a sign on it that reads "I drink coffee for your protection" I figured this was a perfect disclaimer lol.

I love this little Keurig! I needed a new coffee machine after my mr. coffee one bellied up on me and started leaking. I've always wanted a keurig, but I wanted something smaller because the kitchen in our apartment doesn't have a lot of counter space. This fit the bill perfect, and the guy at the best buy gave me a discount! I was able to get the keurig and a k-cup stand to go under it for less than the price of a bigger keurig. The water in it gets HOT, which is what I was worried about because of the size of it but it does a great job. The only thing I find weird about it is I actually put 12oz in a measuring cup and it goes right to the top of the 10oz marker. So it seems a little off, but either way I love it!

I would have given the Keurig a 5 star but it had no reservoir. Either way, you fill up the smaller reservoir with an amount from 6-12 ounces. There are little plastic measuring spots that must be topped off. You can't pour too much as you can visually inspect what amount of water you're pouring. Or do what I do now, grab the cup, fill it to what I want and pour into the reservoir. In 2-3 minutes, you have steaming hot coffee. I have this in my RV where I can use "City Water" instead of using my bottled water. It makes the cabin smell like a bistro.

This is probably the 7th or 8th keurig machine I've bought in the last 4 or 5 years.. sometimes they work well for a long time and like the last 2, after less than 2 months were ready for the trash, and these are the Keurig made 100$ plus units that we've had issues with. Before we decided to get another one, almost were at the "Forget it" point, figured let's get the cheaper 1 cup at a time model, less to go wrong.. about a month later and already 75 to 100 k cups through it, just like the first time we used it. Do yourself a favor and go with the sijnole design and save yourself a headache, not to mention some money!

The sleek design is very attractive, everything in one compact unit. With the cord storage and pod holder it’s simple to take the coffee-maker with you if you’d like. They even included six sample pods. The one-cup reservoir is simple to fill with the cup you’re going to use so you know the exact amount of coffee you’re going to get. After I ran a couple of cups of water through to clean the unit, I popped in a pod and got a perfect cup of coffee. This will also work with my little re-fillable pod.

I've had this for only a week and so far it has worked only ONCE without me having to unplug it, dump out all the water, use another coffee pod, and more filtered water. It doesn't always drain the water into where it needs to go to brew and then even if it does, it doesn't always brew and then the power automatically shuts off after 90 seconds. How frustrating to get up in the morning to have this be the start of your day... fighting with the piece of junk coffee maker that I bought for $80 in addition to the coffee pods. It's going back later today to the store.

Great coffee maker for small kitchen or office

The break room in my company is on a different floor and across the building from my office. That's a long haul to grab your third of fourth cup of coffee for the day. I needed an inexpensive Keurig for my personal office so that I can make a cup of coffee in between conference calls. This little Keurig fit that bill. It works just like the more expensive models except that it lacks a larger water tank, the ability to customize brew strength and brew size is limited. However, it's much more compact than the larger, more expensive units and it functions without any issue. For a small kitchen, dorm room, or office this Keurig is the perfect size.

My Keurig worked wonderfully for about 3 months. Then I noticed it started to leak from the bottom and thus, too little water came out when brewing. One great thing about this specific model is that you put in the amount of water [coffee] each time, so if you want a more concentrated brew, you could put a little bit of water. With the more advanced models, they have 3 settings for amount of water [coffee] dispensed. As for the leak, I may contact the Keurig company since it is still under warranty. Overall, I recommend this unit for your college students who don't have too much room to spare and are on a budget!

I bought the mini brewer as a gift for my mom. My sister bought her one over 5 years ago and I received one as a gift from her about 3 years ago. Mom called and said the old one stop brewing. We tried the descaling and cleaning the needle, heck we even called Keurig who after 5 years were still helpful with ideas to try. How many companies offer assistance for a 5 year old purchase? So after everything failed to produce a good cup of Joe, I grabbed one of these at the local store. It brewed a hot cup, hotter than mom said her old one ever did! The sale price and the added free box of kcups didn't hurt either.

So, this is actually a pretty neat machine. I am the only coffee drinker in my home, so, when my heavy duty Keurig clonked out on me, I figured this would be a great replacement. I was right. It takes up little space and is simple to use. My 12 year old makes my coffee each morning on my way out the door. I didn't give it five stars because the water sensor gets off track sometimes. It signals that the machine needs more water before brewing, when in actuality it doesn't. This is not a constant issue, but it has happened a few times.

This was a great coffee maker while I had it , looked great in my kitchen, didn’t take up too much counter space , and most importantly made a great cup of coffee BUT.. it did not last too long. The product lasted about 10-11 months then stopped working , good thing I added the Best Buy protection which allowed me to return it and get a new one on the spot. If you’re going to purchase I would highly recommend putting the protection on it just Incase this happens to you

We've used Keurig coffee makers for years and it seems we can't be without one now. Considering traveling with a Keurig in our motorhome, we didn't want to haul around our larger one, so we found the smaller size. It works great and is so easy to carry. Makes a perfect cup every time just like our full size unit. Really happy with price and color choices. Would highly recommend.

I had been researching for a K-cup coffee maker for quite a while, and hoping to find a good deal specifically on a Keurig. Best Buy sends daily deals via e-mail, and offered a fantastic discounted offer for this Keurig K15! I was able also to get free shipping to my home! This Keurig is exactly what I was looking for and has exceeded my expectations. It is easy to use and customize my coffee, which tastes great! I can make anywhere from 6 oz. to 10 oz. individual cups of coffee. Clean up is easy as well.

The Keurig K-15 single serve coffee maker works great. I should have purchased it a long time ago. One warning....in my attempts to dilute the coffee that is brewed, I put a very large mug of water in the top of the coffee maker. More than the 10 ounce maximum per the instructions. I thought the water would be heated, then run through the coffee pod to brew the coffee, then into the cup. However, it seems that the water reservoir may actually only hold 10 ounces of water, with the excess going into the tray below where the coffee cup sits.

Prior to purchasing the single serve Keurig, we made coffee by using a plastic cone and paper filters and pouring hot water over the coffee grounds. The Keurig easily makes a cup of delicious coffee. And, there are so many flavors to choose in the grocery store. One word of warning: the instructions state to use the de-scaling solution on a regular basis. We found out that this is very necessary when our Keurig became plugged up with mineral deposits.

I had been wanting a Keurig for years! But I couldn't bare the thought of paying $100 for one. When I saw that Best Buy had this model on sale I jumped right on it. This model had no reserve tank for water, with this one you pour the amount of water you need for each cup. I am perfectly fine with that though. If you want coffee immediately then you might want to rethink this model, it takes a few mins for the water to heat up, & brew. Overall I am very satisfied with this model!

I have had a K-45 Elite model at home for almost 2 years now. Never had any problems with it. My Mom was talking to her sister the other day & just happen to mention it to her. She never heard of these Keurig K-cup brewers before. So when I seen this model on sale with a box of 48 cups I decided to buy my Aunty one. She got it delivered in one day. She's a happy camper. No need to make a pot of coffee anymore. Since it's only her & her son & she's the only one that drinks coffee this is perfect for her.

This electrical coffee maker will not work in an older house that does not have three wired electrical plugs. It uses the ground plug in its electrical circuit. I checked it out at my house that has the modern three wire plugs and it will work OK. The only hint in the products literature is that it tells you to plug the unit into a grounded plug, but does not tell you why. I believe there nothing to indicate this on the product package on the outside.
