    I love my Keriug Plus Mini coffee maker! It is so easy to work you add water one cup at a time. I make a Cappuccino every morning.

    This is a great machine for one person or more. Takes up very little space and everyone gets a fresh cup quickly. I also have one in my trailer.

    Very pleased with this product. Great quality for the price. Coffee is very hot. Nice features with compartment to store pods. Like the extra strong feature. My Contigo Byron 16-Oz. thermal cup fits perfectly.

    We only use this coffee maker when we have visitors because we don't drink coffee so we don't leave it on the counter top. It's narrow so it doesn't take much room in the cabinet.

    Very disappointed that it only lasted 2 1/2 years. The water now comes out warm, if that. Not sure if I should get another one.

    Complete Failure

    As others have pointed out, this unit is a complete failure. After going through two units with the same problem, I am done with Keurig made/branded machines. While cute and compact, this unit simply has too many issues. Both units failed to draw in more than ~2oz of water and shut off shortly after. It took repeatedly opening and closing the lid to get it to finally go through a full cycle and then the coffee was barely warm. Keurig customer support was of no help as they simply read a script of things to do but have absolutely no knowledge of the devices they're being paid to support. Best Buy was of course very helpful, exchanging the first one and allowing me to completely return the second. Always love Best Buy. Keurig, not so much. Please, save yourself the trouble, frustration and headaches you'll get with this unit and buy something else that is reliable!

    Slow and Malfunctioning Brew

    This sleek, slim design is unfortunately the only positive of this particular Keurig machine. I have owned 4 Keurig machines and this is the worst machine by far. The lift mechanism is supposed to engage the power allowing the brew of the coffee. This works about 60% of the time. Then there is the poor timing of the brew. This process takes entirely too long; at least 4 minutes, even if the machine has just brewed a cup. The coffee brews adequately hot, but takes way too long. It is too expensive for epic failure. I do not recommend this coffeemaker at all.

    Not what I needed

    I thought this was what i wanted, but the water tank is just too small. It just ended up being annoying and I had to buy a bigger one. Beautiful color ......

    Don’t purchase !!!

    If I could not give this product / company a star - I would. Purchased this product and fully expected that it would work. Well it doesn’t - water doesn’t flow into the heating unit as it continues to shut off, when it does work- the coffee comes out luke warm. So to problem solve, called Keurig directly and spoke with an agent, who after telling me I needed to clean the needle ??? (I have only tried to brewed 4 cups of coffee and how/ why does that not allow the water to drain into the heater. After being made to feel like an idiot , I took the unit back after only 1 week. Thinking it might be a defected unit, I exchanged for another unit , same type .... Brought home ‘Tried to do the first hot water cleansing test - didn’t work correctly’ tried to make 1 coffee - EXACTLY the same issues. Water will not drain into the heater, unit shuts off, have to relift the handle and start again..& again & again ..URGGGG called the Keurig helpline and again told them the issues asking for help with their brand new model, this time had a nice agent who had me try a few things and after that not working, suggested that I take it back and try a different model ??? A different model - nope I will be ONLY trying a different company. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in Keurig - all hype

    Works roughly 2/3's of the time. Same process, same amount of water, same pods = 1/3 of the time it doesn't brew, or you get cold coffee, or you might just get a tiny squirt of coffee in the cup. Consistent functionality aside, it's an attractive coffee maker, and when it does work the coffee is quite good. My 2c: Check reviews on keurig.com before buying. They are not good.

    Save your money

    Save the box, this is the worst coffee maker I've ever had. I am a former Kuerig fan but not this time. Most of the time I need to lift the handle and push the brew button 6-7 times to start the brewing process. Once I can finally get it to start the room temperature bottled water I put in it is hardly luke warm. I have to microwave it before I can drink it! VERY disappointed.

    it was cool at first but then it stopped heating and coming out luke warm and it wasn't dispensing water all the way and had to keep turning off machine.

    Avoid Keurig

    purchased a 3rd one in less than a year. They all die after a couple months. I cleaned them regularly and would only make 1 cup a day. Keurig customer support is worthless. Denied my claim just because I didnt have a receipt and took advantage of that saying that It was outside of the one year warranty purchase. That is not possible as I just barely started drinking coffee in June 2023 and its barely April 2024 and just went through my 3rd machine. Avoice Keurig at all costs.
