I like the added travel mug size, and strong choice. It does seem lighter and cheaper quality then previous model but doesn't effect the function or taste. Good value for the money, and best buy had the best price, shipped it fast and offered a $20. Store gift card. Happy with purchase

Within 2 weeks there was an issue with sensor causing the machine to quit after about 5 secs, thus ruining the coffee pod. After tearing apart and cleaning it appears to work properly again. Did not notice anything that could have caused this. Hopefully, this is not going to happen frequently.

What a horrible experience to receive a brand new Kurig with a long deep scratch on the top of it,,, never again!
