    my complaint is that it is quite loud to heat up , cant make coffe in the morning without waking up someone in the house. also the small cup mode barely works sometimes it wont even get water out of it on this setting .

    Very happy with this newer model. It seems faster, and water hotter. I like the added travel mug size, and strong choice. It does seem lighter and cheaper quality then previous model but doesn't effect the function or taste. Good value for the money, and best buy had the best price, shipped it fast and offered a $20. Store gift card. Happy with purchase

    I only gave 4 stars because mine had a huge scratch on the top of it,,,like really? What a horrible experience to receive a brand new Kurig with a long deep scratch on the top of it,,, never again!

    Works well! Takes a bit longer than I’d like for the water to be ready and hot. I have to wait 60-100 seconds, when my parents coffee maker is always ready to go within 15-20 seconds
