    This unit works great! The water heats up fast and when you are ready to make a cup of coffee it works immediately! The only reason for the 4 stars is it appears to be made with cheaper plastic than my older unit. I just hope it holds up to the daily use. My last one lasted 11 years!

    Got this item about a month ago. So far so good. Nice looking and good quality coffee maker. Very happy with my purchase. Machine simple enough for those of us looking for simplicity in small appliances, and not lots of bells and whistles that in the end hardly anybody uses.

    Quick cup of coffee, hot and ready in less than 2 minutes. I love that you can remove the bottom plate so that a taller mug can be used as well

    OK for a basic machine. Slow to brew at times. I wish it had a water level float as its hard to see the water level and when the light comes on to add water it is too late so you get a partial cup. Otherwise it's fine as a basic machine for two people who only drink maybe 2 cups each.

    The side reservoir allows easier filling than rear models. I use a universal pod and it inserts quickly.
