faulty parts

It would drip out onto counter and I also noted there was wet coffee back inside that area. I assume it was faulty in production so returned. I'll keep using my ten year old Keurig that was obviously more substantial.

We purchased this Keurig as a replacement for another defective unit, and sadly, this one is just as bad. Coffee takes a very long time to brew (unlike our very first Keurig, which was quick, and worked great for years), the machine gets clogged very easily, and is now starting to leak (less than a year and a half in). Unfortunately we are now past the pitiful 1-year warranty, and are stuck with an expensive hunk of junk.

Died after 14 months

My previous machine lasted 10 years so this was a big surprise. I guess they just don't make them like they used to. Maybe it's time to return to a conventional coffee maker.
