After just two months it has stopped working. It turns on then turns off. A piece of crap for $139.

What happen to Keurig????

This unit definitely leaves a lot to be desired. Leaking about a Tablespoon of water from the head unit on a daily basis and inconsistent amounts dispensed on the preset cup sizes. Very discouraged.

It heats OK, but I can only get 2 mugs of water out of each refill. It would be much better if the water reservoir were larger.

It is a very nice color and worked well for about a week and a half. It started spewing water out of the bottom after just a few uses. This machine was a waste of money, and I will be returning it.

The machine would not stay on and I tried everything that you-tube suggested and every online article from Keurig. Nothing worked and Best Buy said it was too late to return.

Had a one cup version before and it was okay but didn't have a water reservoir. Nice to get a few cups without having to fill it with water. Bought while on sale as Deal of the Day and bought one for my mother also.

Works for 1 Month

Tried everything to get it working again. Ran vinigar through it to clean it...nope, did not work. Tried different plugs through the house...nope, did not work. I tried just about anything and everything that I could...taking advise from frienda and online. The only advise I did not take was submerge the whole devise in a tub of water. Took it back, got a refund.
