    The coffee doesn't seem to hot. For some reason I have to warm it up in the microwave to get it to the temperature I like.

    It leaks water from the bottom. Best Buy has a very limited two-week deadline to return defective products that I discovered after it was too late.

    HAVBE USED TWO WEEKS AND IT QUIT WORKING. POWER COMES ON BUT WHEN YOU HIT THE CUP SIZE THE MACHINE POWERS OFF

    It's good but you have to keep it filled with water all the time. If you don't have enough water to make the largest size inside it wont let you make any. It seems to stop working when the water gets half full. So you have to keep it full.

    This Keurig replaced a several year-old first generation that was on its last legs. The K-Select is a much more slimmed down model, both in terms of footprint and features, than the one it replaced. There are no user changeable settings on this machine (such as temperature, auto-on/off, etc.) The machine has a power button, four buttons for selecting brew size--6, 8, 10 and 12 oz.--and a new one labelled "Strong" which basically intensifies the flavor/strength of the brew. (Note--this is a single-serve maker only. It does not support K-Carafe pods.) Setup takes only a few of minutes (the longest part is soaking the water filter for 5 minutes--I recommend starting with that before removing the packing tape, etc. so it's ready by the time you get the machine in place). Removing the water tank for filling is greatly improved over old models as it now has only a single tab and slot to line up and no awkward maneuvers are needed. It drops quickly and effortlessly into position. You can brew 4-5 cups before refilling the tank. The drip tray is removable so you can fit travel mugs with ease. Operation is simple and typical for a Keurig--lift the lid, drop in a k-cup, close it and tap the appropriate brew size button. A minute or so later (depending on size) and you've got a piping hot cup of Joe. The temperature is perfect for me, while it is a bit warm for the wife and a tad cool for my visiting father. As I said earlier, there's no way to adjust it, so you're pretty well stuck with the temperature Keurig believes is ideal. For a no-frills machine, the K-Select is perfect. That's what I wanted but if you need or want more features or control, move up to a different model.

    Unit shuts off after heating the water while initial dispensing. It happens about every other usage. When you start it again, it will dispense right away but it will overfill the cup since it has dispensed 15% before shutting off and does a full dispense after turning it on again

    Physically Light Weight Keurig

    I gave it three stars because as the title starts, the machine is very light weight. With the light weight and slippery feet on it, the machine moves around a lot on the counter. Also the machine appears to be cheaply made. We will see how it holds up. nice feature is you can turn on and select your coffee and will brew once hot.
