We have used them in the office for years and this is my third unit. Neither of my previous units actually failed. My first was used for six years and the buttons started jamming and became aggravating to use so I put it up in storage and purchased a used unit from a friend that still works perfectly. This model has some small, but helpful, upgrades to the older units I have. First off is the new removable lower holder. While my others did this as well, this model seems to be made for a Yeti and it fits in perfectly. The second major improvement for me is the auto shutoff feature. I had one of the Belkin switches on the old one that I would cut off when not in use. This one automatically shuts off to save power after a few hours and I love that! As far as the workmanship and effectiveness of the machine, it is great. This is my favorite Keurig to date and I highly recommend it.

Not craftmanship I expected

I thought I was replacing with same model, however, when it arrived, it was VERY different from the old one. This one is very lightweight...mostly plastic and the water reservoir does not hold nearly the same volume of water. So far, it brews as expected, but constantly refilling reservoir. I guess if I'd never owned one of the older models, I'd give this one 5 stars. Sign of the times...high price/less product.
