    Very please with the purchase! I make my own coffee everyday and save a lot of money. I used to buy coffee and sometimes it didn’t taste good, now I use my favorite coffee and coffee creamers.

    It’s a pretty color however, it’s a light colored mint green so you can see the coffee drips that splash up along the back splash of the machine. I constantly have to wipe off the coffee stains after each brew

    We use the strong coffee button a lot which is a new feature for us. We also use the metal mesh pods with our fresh ground coffee.

    my first purchased was broken out of the box. got a replacement. so far it working fine. I love this company but not sure of this model. my first one lasted over 2 years. I think its worth it if it last over 2 years. now I got 3 years of warranty since the out of the box was broken. only paid $15 extra. I think its worth it for 3 years of warranty.. other than that, would give 5 stars if it was not broken out of the box.

    Having owned 2 Keurigs and one just started leaking and needed replacement. This model has some deficiencies: not hot enough, my k cup (to use your own coffee) does not fit/work, the operation buttons are confusing, the lid on the water reservoir is cumbersome to put on.... will have to live with it but would not select this model again
