I bought this from Best Buy via Ebay when it was on sale. I regret the purchase as my experience with Keurig coffee makers has been awful. First issue is they require maintenance such water filters. They also need to be descaled. It doesn't stop there as they two needles that puncture the K-Cup eventually gets clogged, so you have to clear them out. If those where my only issues I might have a rethink and keep it. However these machines are known to leak water. Upon installation, water was leaking from the water container. Just today it began to leak water again when I went to fill it up. And this is a problem because Amazon sells Keurig mats just for this problem alone. Finally, I found the coffee to taste about the same as a traditional drip coffee machine. I'll be returning this to Best Buy and looking at a different brand while at their store.

I don't like it as I did my old one. It doesn't always fill my cup and it's difficult to see when the tank has sufficient water in it. My older one seemed to have a light to see the tank. I guess it will do but wouldn't buy it again.

This is the second Keurig coffee maker I have owned and it is not as good as the first one.

Purchased this item in Open-Box Excellent condition, which states item looks like new. Spent over 20 minutes cleaning it out, because it was obviously used multiple times over and hardly "looked like new". There were previous users coffee grinds throughout the internal parts. I would have rated it a "Good" condition at best, so feel a little deceived and overcharged.

Does everything it's supposed to do. Heats quickly, and makws a good cup of coffee. My first Keurig lasted five years. I hope this one will last a little longer.

As this was a Christmas gift, I really can't comment as to this particular Keurig. I have a different model and love it! My Daughter-in- law loved the gift.

Great product sold at a great price. Makes a cup of coffee in a variety of sizes and brews quickly. Extremely easy to use.
