    Kid dropped it off the curb so I never actually got this item. They end up upgrading it since he made a mistake in handling.

    It does the job it's supposed to do but considering it's advertised as compact or personal it's really large as big as the bigger Couric's so takes up too much space

    It’s ok . It was inexpensive but you definitely get what you pay for . It feels like it’s going to break when I’m pushing the buttons .

    It's a pretty color but it makes a lot of noise and the machine is just Flimsy and made of cheap plastic.

    This coffee machine didn't quite reach my expectations so I returned it for the Duo Plus which I am more happy with.

    Piece of garbage. We purchased this Keurig as a replacement for another defective unit, and sadly, this one is just as bad. Coffee takes a very long time to brew (unlike our very first Keurig, which was quick, and worked great for years), the machine gets clogged very easily, and is now starting to leak (less than a year and a half in). Unfortunately we are now past the pitiful 1-year warranty, and are stuck with an expensive hunk of junk.

    Temperamental

    This is my second Keurig that I've purchased. This was an upgrade to the one we had. This Keurig is temperamental and only works when it wants to. We turn it on and follow all the steps but it works one day and then the next day it won't work (the water won't go into the heating unit and if it does go up it won't pour out). This is upsetting b/c I bought it as a Christmas gift and now I can't return it b/c I'm past the deadline of January 16th. I waited to create a review b/c I thought it was user error but after 3 weeks of trying I do believe that it is the machine that doesn't work correctly.
