    After a hassle to have it shipped to the correct address, this item stopped working after a month! Tried everything to get it working again. Ran vinigar through it to clean it...nope, did not work. Tried different plugs through the house...nope, did not work. I tried just about anything and everything that I could...taking advise from frienda and online. The only advise I did not take was submerge the whole devise in a tub of water. Took it back, got a refund.

    Died After Just Two Months

    Bought this coffee maker for my wife who only drinks one cup of tea on the weekends. After just two months it has stopped working. It turns on then turns off. A piece of crap for $139.

    Broke a year later. All of a sudden it wonn't stay powered on or brews the incorrect amount. You'd think even for it's relatively inexpensive price it would last longer then a year. But nope.

    I’ve only had it for 9 months and it’s already acting up.. it shuts off while trying to brew a cup.. which makes me waste a k-cup.. this is my 2nd Keurig maker and probably my last bc these are so much money

    Doesn’t fill cup enough. Have to use travel cup setting to get enough in regular cup. Otherwise I love it. Daughter can’t stand smell of coffee and this maker lets me have my coffee without smell for daughter.

    Keurig reputation has been ruined completely for me! I have purchased 3 units over the last 4 years and have received 1 replacement unit so a total of 4 units I have had, and each one has died!... The units just stopped powering on!!! And one of them had no power lights on yet the water pump would not turn off!!! What is going on with Keurig!?! #DoBetterKeurig!!!!

    It works fine. I purchased this one so my wife can have the old one to take to work. This one seems a little cheaply made than my old one. Not impressed with the quality, but it works. Not impressed at all. Keurig would have to really sell me to change my mind, but I don't see it.

    Failed after one week. Worked OK until it didn’t … shut off one morning after making a few drops of coffee . Tried about every YouTube reset procedure without any luck. Also, the water reservoir is awkward to install and remove. Replaced it with the same model at Best Buy - - - maybe this second Keurig will work better, but I did get the extended warranty …

    Solid Keurig. No bells or whistles, also, no option to turn off the “auto off” feature, so you have to wait for it to heat up if you want to use it at different times through the day.

    This is so cheap and flimsy in person. I have used Keurig machines at work (two different models) and they felt substantial. This feels like it will fall apart in a few uses. Even at half off, it is not worth it so I am returning it to the store today. I haven't used it because it doesn't feel like it will work with even a first use. The water chamber (left side) and the bottom where the cup sits feel like they won't stay on at all. I had a better quality one from a no name brand!
