    I love the coffee especially being able to adjust the temperature and strength. Unfortunately, it starts making incorrect brews after having it for a while. This time it was just after the warranty expired. Which means I have to waste time and water to see if it's going to brew the correct amount before I waste a pod.

    Overpriced and Temperamental.

    More style over substance. Not worth the money, no durability descaling damages the pumps and the element and eventually, it will just randomize how much coffee to give your regardless of what you program in. Even when working initially it's slow compared to the cheaper models which i would put down the 5 puncture holes it uses. my $49.99 keurig model for my office makes stronger, quicker and better coffee.

    This Kurig K Supreme Plus brews an excellent cup of joe. It accomplishes this while also being a snazzy looking addition to your kitchen. Setup is fairly easy and straightforward. The two things I really like about this model of Kurig is that ability to select a brew strength and temperature setting. If you like you morning joe on the strong side then this is the machine for you. I do not know what dark magic Kurig used with this model as I never thought you could ever adjust the strength of the K Cups but select a stronger setting and you're getting a stronger cup. LIkewise I never knew I would want to adjust the temperature setting. If you're in a rush and don't have a lot of time to wait on your morning cup to cool off enough to avoid being scalded then setting it a bit lower means the world. That feature alone has made me a true believer! The impressive look of this Kurig along with the strength and temp settings make this a very worth addition to ones kitchen.

    This is, by far, the best looking Keurig I've seen. Adding the water filter to it takes away from the clean look, but works if you need it. We use filtered water already, so it's not something I need. Setup was simple, and the included instructions made learning how to use this device a breeze. I like the fact that once I set up my preferences and saved them, I only have to press two buttons to brew my coffee, the way I like it, in the morning. The cold brew feature is not something I wanted, but it is handy to have for my wife and my brother when he comes over. Nice to have those features for guests to enjoy and they seem to like it.

    My only experience with the machine was at Costco seeing the demo units out which they gave samples of coffee for. Those machines was huge. This machine is so much smaller and much more premium looking then that. The machine is made of metal instead of just plastic which looks better and it has a thing to hold water in. You get your single use coffee pod and you make your great tasting coffee. With this one you can set the cup size and it is also a more consistent taste to it. If you are looking for a keurig and want a good looking small one this is great for yourself or for a gift.

    I have been a Kuerig user for years and I thought I was happy with my old one...until I got this one. Smaller profile. Same great quick brew but it’s much quieter, faster, and gives you the option to customize the strength of brew as well as temperature. The only negative (if you can even call it that) I’ve noticed is the change in the material used for the filter piece. It is now a less sturdy clear plastic versus my old one but it’s too soon to say if this is going to be an issue as far as lasting through the years. Overall I am extremely happy with this model

    I can see where the appeal for Keurig coffee makers comes from. Just grab a pod, pop it in, push a button, grab coffee, toss pod. The cost of this is a gigantic waste of plastic and weak coffee. Now if you're into a weaker cup then this will satisfy you. Anything more than 8oz starts getting too watered down to be considered coffee to me. The K-Supreme does accept the K-Cup Universal Reusable Filter but there's a gotcha here. They renamed the old Universal Reuseable filter to just "Reusable Filter" and they have a new model to accept the extra Multistream nozzles. So I bought 3 reusable filters before taking this unit in and now have $40 worth of useless filters. Keep that in mind when shopping for the reusable filters. The Supreme models include a new feature called Multisteam. This mimics the showerhead some drip coffee makers use. It sprays the water into multiple areas of the pod to ensure even and full saturation of the grinds. I haven't used an older version of the Keurig makers so I can't make a comparison on flavor, but using this version as a baseline I'd hate to see how weak the older versions are. One nice feature that the K-Supreme Plus has is that you can program favorites. Set your size, temp, and strength and save it in one of three slots. Next time you make a cup, just hit your favorite and get to brewing. You can still make changes after hitting your favorite button so you can edit any setting prior to brewing. Missing feature is programming. With all the features they've added a programmable timer would have been a great addition. Overall the K-Supreme Plus is a great machine and, given Keurig's popularity, makes a great cup for most people. I'm just into stronger cups without any charcoal flavor. So I can't really fault it for not pleasing me since it does everything it's advertised to do. If there were an option to alter the size of the pods it would be a near perfect piece for me. But as it is, I really can't drink the weak coffee coming out of it and I'm not willing to spend twice the amount of time (and money - pods are expensive!) to get a good cup of coffee.

    This machine should come with a portable folding chair, because you’re going to need it unless you want to just stand there for almost 3 minutes for an 8 ounce cup. If you want to come back for it after it’s done make sure to get it right away before it’s gets to room temperature because it only gets a little hotter than warm. Very disappointed. My elite version was faster and hotter. Bought it at Costco. I like the physical design of this one much better, regarding the smaller foot print and the convenient handle, but not sure if the outweigh the negatives.

    This model fails after 8-12 months!

    This model fails after 8-12 months! We bought this model to replace an older Keurig coffee maker that failed after about 8 years of use, averaging 2-3 cups per day. While this model is easier to refill the water jug, and has more adjustments for temp and strength, the first one failed after only 8 months. Keurig replaced it with a new one (same model), which has now failed again after 12 months, but with less usage per day. After looking at reviews on-line, I found lots of complaints of failures in the same way as ours both failed. So there is obviously a design flaw in the pump/heater section of the newer models. While I may purchase a replacement K-Elite model which appears to be of the older design, I will NOT buy another Keurig K-Supreme model, as they are unreliable! I would NOT recommend this model.

    Just don’t last

    This is my second replacement Keurig and let me say, only lasted just over one year. Had no issues with descaling which is pretty easy todo. One day it asked me for descaling. So I purchased the solution, ran through the process a few times. The next morning went to brew a cup of coffee and … It turned on for a seconds and that’s all she wrote. Terrible. Tried everything to reset and come back to life. What a shame, waste of money. Might just go back to the old coffee pot design.

    Frustrated!

    So, I’d love to say that I love this Keurig. I did...when it worked. We bought this and a week later it wanted us to descale. We descaled it multiple times in the first month. It still said to descale. So we called support. Well, ended up sending us a new machine a few weeks later. Now we have had this new one for two weeks. Today we turn it on...add water...closed the lid and it shut off and will not turn back on. We tried resetting it by unplugging it and plugging it back in. NOTHING!!!!! I’m so frustrated with this machine! Now to try and get another new one. I don’t know if anyone else has had this issue but I am not pleased! I thought we’d finally found a durable Keurig!

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

    I have purchased 2 of these Keruig models. They work great for the 1st month and then completely stop working. Says to add water and then shuts off completely and never turns on again! I had my last one for less than 30 days and it did it again. I unplugged it every night and still died! Will NEVER PURCHASE this model again!

    Again it lasts for months no more than that.     Quiet, Fast, Doesn't last!

    Temporarily Good machine. Died on it's 2 year birthday. Seriously - two years TO THE DAY, several days after a descaling, it made a loud snort noise and shut off and never turned on again. No lights. No sound. No heat. Nothing to reset to get it going again. If it lasted more than 2 years, I'd give it 4-5 stars.

    Review after really using the machine

    Purchased this direct from Keurig but they don't allow options to enter reviews on their website. This was the second Keurig I have purchased. The first lasted over a decade but began slowing down the brew process so I decided to update to a new model in Aug of 2021. This I thought was the one. Initially fairly pleased however the brew time was just as slow as my aged model. Then after a few weeks noticed it sprayed coffee on the walls near the machine. Not very happy about that, but I paid a lot for this so decided I would just wipe up after every brew. I vowed to descale on a regular basis and be gentle with this baby. Fast forward to Feb 2022. After a descale cycle it stopped mid brew on the very first cup. Unit was dead, no power. I did some research online and found this model is well known for this issue. Turns out there is a thermostat inside the unit that will trip out its high temperature setting after the number of brews it takes to descale the unit. Easy fix, the thermostat has a reset button on it if you can get to it. It is nearly impossible to get into this unit without destroying the housing. The thermostat is buried in the heart of the unit so really unable to get to. I would not recommend this unit to anyone given its known history for this issue.
