First, I must state that with the multiple needles, it really does make an excellent and bolder cup of coffee. Sadly ours failed after about 4 months and would not turn on after descaling. We followed the directions exactly. I called Keurig Customer Service and they were fantastic and sent me a new one within a few days. So far so good so I am hoping we just got one that had a bad component rather than it being a design flaw. Our previous Keurig lasted 8 years so I hope this one has the same life expectancy.

Our 10+ year old Keurig finally stopped working. This model takes up less countertop space, and the user preference setting is a nice addition.

Awesome, best Keurig we’ve had. Quiet... and the multiple water injection ports in the top produce better flavor than our previous machine with one, and using the same coffee. Really like the easily removable water reservoir, for refilling, and the fact it has a handle.

Much improved over other Keurigs I have had. It is quiet and starts streaming coffee almost immediately. Love the easy refill handle when filling water. The five punctures on the K cup provides an effective means in getting all the flavor from your pod. Much improved!

I was looking for a coffee maker that 1 made great coffee and 2 didn't cost a car note. I think this premium keurig gives coffee lovers of all walks of life a setting that delivers with it's 5 hole punches instead of the one in all other machines. I like stronger coffee but not scalding hot and this machine makes it possible. Even the ability to make stronger espresso style cups on the max strength and 4oz cup setting. The stainless steel makes the coffee maker look premium and less like an eye sore on your kitchen counter. I absolutely think if you don't need or want milk frothing that comes on some of the more expensive machines, this is the coffee maker for you!

I like how fast this makes a cup of coffee and you can increase the strength and temperature of the coffee and the water reservoir. It can splatter coffee as it drips down into your coffee cup unless its a tall cup but it’s easy to wipe up!

Great price for a great coffee maker. I was skeptical of the extra nozzles on the coffee maker making the coffee better but I was definitely proven wrong. This coffee maker makes a superior cup of coffee!! Easy to use and easy to setup!!

Bought this model to replace another Keurig. Like the new brewing system and temp of coffee is nice and hot.Smaller footprint on counter is a winner too

The user custom selection options make this really nice. It does require some basic selections to make it work versus our older model Remington machine. This model has a smaller footprint, easier to fill larger water reservoir. Buying this unit also required purchasing the water filters, universal filter cup for manually making your own custom coffee from ground beans and the Donut shop regular 24 pod box. At that time, buying them as a package, all addons were then $0 at checkout. I also bought another universal filter as a backup since the item looks a little fragile. Coffee flavor is about the same as the older unit. It is still good tasting. Maintenance seems simple and I have plenty of cleaning tablets and de-calcifying tablets to keep it clean, since I bought enough of them for my Breville espresso machine.

It’s really nice! Feels high quality af, love the different size options and produces a nice flavored drink. I would stay away from the hot chocolate k-cups because it’s always super watery… -ick. Coffee and tea tastes good though! Lotta water storage in there… if you’re looking for an expensive-looking stainless steel coffee maker gadget to impress your friends, get this!!!! If you don’t care about looks, get the regular Supreme, it does the same thing. By the way, the temperature thing doesn’t work at all.

My old Keurig died. So I was looking to by another one. So I found this one on sale. We have used it for about a month now. Love the way I can select the cup size, strength, and Temperature. Best Keurig we have had.

I absolutely love this machine. First, set up is super simple and easy to do. The machine comes with a filter so I can fill it up straight from the tap. There’s also different features, like making iced coffee (make sure to fill your cup with ice) and having your three favorite settings. The coffee will splash a bit of you don’t use a few cup but other then that, it is sleek and clean. Most importantly, it makes my coffee as I’m getting ready for work saving time. The only down side is that I don’t feel a difference with the different temp settings which tells me that if there is a difference, it is very minimal. (Best tip: warm up the machine first with a 4 oz cup of the hottest temperature water.) overall, would I buy this machine again?? YOU BETCHA!!

We had a previous Keurig that lasted over 8 years. We picked this one up and have been really happy with it. It’s quiet, clean looking, and the coffee tastes great. Great value for the price.

I like the interface and the new water reservoir, and it does start brewing instantly and is almost completely silent, but I ended up returning it because it’s too short for my Ember mug, and most significant; it does not make the coffee any stronger with the “multi-spray technology.” I ended up returning it. If I didn’t have and Ember mug and didn’t already own a Keurig, I would definitely like this machine.

I bought this Keurig to replace my 5 year old K200 that I loved. It took me a some attempts before I was able to figure out that my previous maker water output was different and I needed less water to achieve the taste I wanted in the new one. I’m pleased with this new Keurig, however the price, not so much!

Nice enhancements to the Keurig system. The ability to program different brew strengths, temperatures, and cup sizes, then save up to 3 combinations, is very slick. Great coffee from a trusted brand.

Compared to the other Keurig I had, this bad boy just provides an overall better taste to my coffee with it's even diperse of water throughout the k-cup. Plus ability to add saved syles up to 3 people is convient cause me and my girlfriend both like different styles of coffee. Only reason why it's not a 5 stars is because the tank that holds the water could be a little more sturdy, was hand washing it slipped in my hands and put a craxk in it.
