I do have this exact machine at my office though. Works great. Easy to clean.

Posted .Thanks for your review Jose. We're sorry to hear about this. Did you activate the Descale Mode on your K-Supreme coffee maker before starting the process? To activate Descale Mode, begin with the brewer plugged in and powered off, then press and hold the 8oz and 12oz buttons together for 3 seconds. When flashing, press the brew button to start the descaling process. Once the descale process is complete, the DESCALE notification should turn off automatically. If you followed the correct process for the K-Supreme and are still experiencing this, please call our Consumer Care team at 866-901-2739, we will be more than happy to help.

Went Downhill Fast! Avoid!

We purchased in November 2022 to take on vacation rather renting one in the condo. We used it for a week then and another week in April 2023. It has been stored in our basement on a shelf (covered) since then. Our old full-size Keurig just died, so i brought this one up to use. Plugged it in and it turned on and started heating up, then just died. We immediately unplugged it because it smelled like it was electrically fried. Not sure if I'll buy another Keurig again.

It takes up less room on my counter and it makes a wonderful cup of coffee. I always use purified water and that helps. I am very pleased with the ease of ordering online with Best Buy. They informed me of my product at every step of the process, from ordering to picking up. I will definitely shop Best Buy in the future. They have knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thank you.

Sleek design and simple controls. My son noticed that the coffee was not as hot as the prior model. This coffee maker is preset to 170 degrees, My prior machine was set to 187. You have to buy the Plus version of this one to be able to up the temp. Temp not a problem for me though.

They tend to take up space on the counter. The appeal to this one is the slim design. It works great and does not take up a lot of space. I noticed I can get a stronger brew out of this one. Not sure if this is because it punctures more holes in the pod. It also seems to brew faster. I am pleased with the coffee maker.
