    When it works, it works perfectly. However, I've had to call Keurig customer service about 2 weeks after purchasing item because I started receiving pressure warning message, which caused me to waste several K-Pods. Took me about an hour with customer service technician to get it back on track. Not something I expect from such a costly piece of equipment.
