    Got this as a birthday present for my sister because she loved our Keurig so much. Unfortinately i didnt know that it was a model that wont use store brand kcups. That is a major drawback. I got her a reusable kcup to go with it so she doesnt have to waste money on keurig brand kcups. Shes only in her early 20s and doesnt have extra money to put out on the name stuff. The water only option also sucks because it barely dispensed any at one time. But my sister is happy enough with it that she isnt returning it.

    Needs more water settings on amount. Max setting is 10 oz. Should at least go to 12 oz preferably 16 oz.

    Bought this to take to the office but my wife liked it so much she "stole" it for our home use. Like everything about it but do wish it had a larger water receptacle.

    This is my second keurig & I bought this new one with its fancy touchscreen assuming it was programmable on & off but it is not. Other than that it works great.

    I love the coffee maker. I would give it 5 stars except for 2 things. Small water tank and the cup amount always goes back to 8oz. Otherwise, I like it.
