    The only issues I had with this keruig was I'd put the k-cup in there and put my cup under and hit start but 5 out 10 times it wouldn't work. Like nothing would come out and I'd have to start over.

    Not sure what happened to Kuerig but this machine is horrible! Puts out a cup of coffee that smells and tastes like melted plastic even after trying every method out there to clean this brand new machine. Stay away! Do not buy!

    Keurig 2.0 is inherently flawed

    If you have a choice, do not buy a Keurig 2.0 system. Even if the k-cup is Keurig branded, it may not work in a Keurig 2.0 coffee maker. The only K-cups that will work have a white ring around the top label of the k-cup itself.

    It was working fine for about a year and then started leaking when warming up which has caused splatters and leaks. I've tried cleaning it out as per the recommendations and still makes a mess.

    Okay for a coffee pot, but nothing special

    Good coffee maker, does the job, but seems like it is always reheating the water, and you have to manually shut it off or it will stay on. Could use a bigger water reservoir, but like I said it does the job.

    We are having a tough time getting the amount of coffee to have a perfect cup of coffee. Grounds are getting in the coffee, but I can't see how that could happen. I need a more simple one. guess we are dense.

    I thought this model would be better than the basic but the only difference is the touch screen. It does seem to hold more water but I have to take the platform off to get my mug under it.

    Touch screen stopped working. Not able to brew anything and the open and closing mechanism broke. Made good coffee though

    We have a Keurig at work so I decided to try one at home. Came to the conclusion that I prefer a pot of coffee at home instead of individual cups. Returned machine and purchased a Cuisinart regular coffee pot.

    The coffee maker works as expected. However, it got clogged very easily and require to be clean by the special pod. Almost once a week. Our older Keurig never have this problem.

    Error message kept showing up stating it needed to be cleaned and it was brand new. Called customer service they sent a new one I had to ship the needle part back but it's ok like me old one better

    I purchased this as a replacement for my Keurig. It appeared to have one more function than my old one (capable of brewing a carafe). Unfortunately, you have to buy the carafe and special pods to brew it. Also, there was no timer to start heating the water like my older model and the water reservoir is much smaller. I would have thought it would be at least the same size since it will brew a carafe. I purchased a new Keurig because my old one didn't seem to fill the mug as much as before but the new one wasn't much better.

    Ive bought this from beat buy 2 times both times it stopped working after the 3-5th use. I have owned qeurigs for many years and they should NOT break and stop working like this sonquickly!!

    Purchased as a replacement for our 2 yr old Keurig going to college...never had problems with it. I think the new screen could be more efficient/streamlined with prompts/features.

    It brews coffee as expected, however it is a bit unfinished in style. Also, the touch screen is very small and the machine only brews 10oz cups at a time.

    This is our 2nd keurig. Bought because of looks. And our last one worked awesome. This one does have auto on. And won't make as large of a cup. But does make stronger coffee.

    This works great when making single cups. When I use the carafe to make a big pot of coffee it does not stay hot and I can’t get it to make strong coffee.

    When I was out looking for a coffee maker I was looking for two main things to brew 16-20oz travel mug of my choose and use C -cup. But I settled with what I got :(
