    This worked good for a short time and then it kept getting a clean error.Replaced filters cleaned it and still had problems.

    Keurig maker is convenient and makes okay coffee. Not coffee shop or regular brew quality but is fine enough. Works as specified.

    Do not buy this. I got 2, and they both brewed with grounds in my coffee and do not recognize half the cups.

    Good coffee maker but doesn't make cup of coffee hot enough. We need to use microwave as soon as the single cup is poured.

    touch screen burned out & will not respond. I have noticed BB does not carry this model any longer.

    The only thing I am not completely thrilled about is the size of the water tank. If you drink a lot of coffee get the bigger one.

    I bought this for my wife for Christmas however we returned it because it can't be drained completely for effective cleaning.

    The machine functions well as long as it's kept clean. Otherwise, it clogs and stops working. I'd get a better machine next time.

    the first one was replaced and now the second one I got is doing almost the same thing. There are grinds in my coffee consistently.

    Makes great coffee, but drips a puddle

    I switched from a V-cup to this machine and had it for 4 months before it started to drip after the coffee was dispensed. It would drip anywhere from 10-30 minutes and fill the reservoir tray where the cup sits when dispensing. I have cleaned everything visible and cannot identify any foreign objects blocking the mechanism to close the spout. Glad I purchased the geek-squad replacement certificate!

    This is my second Keurig. I wanted a smaller unit for the Motorhome and also wanted the ability to make several cups at a time. I have been very pleased with this Keurig 2 K200. It makes a good cup of coffee. I like being able to make a stronger cup if I want. I like being able to change the size of the cup I make(my other one also has this option). I have not purchased the carafe so I cannot comment on making several cups at one time. Plan on buying it soon. The only negative is the noise it makes while brewing. It is loud and sounds like it is working hard.
