    for as much as they cost they should work without all the maintenance,it's only coffee

    Wanted to upgrade my keurig that is 3 yrs old. I don't care for this model. Its louder when preheating than my old keurig and this model makes a loud clicking noise when it is brewing. Not good when not everyone is awake yet. And it was missing top piece to the filter. I will be returning it.

    The keurig is a great invention, however, if you like your coffee hot and strong.. do not purchase this. I am so disappointed in this product. I originally purchased for the versatility and aesthetic of the brand, however, it ended up going in the dumpster. I contacted keurig once my coffee maker starting leaking continuously and my coffee tasted gross. They asked many questions before sending me a new attachment for the pods, after receiving the attachment it was still continuing to not work properly. Instead of going through the hassle, I purchased a Ninja Coffee Maker and I'M SO HAPPY that I did. Do not purchase this product, its a waste of money and time.
