I love how easy it is to brew a single serve cup of coffee to a carafe pot without the hassle of measuring. Each cup is perfect every time! The product was easy to take out of the box and I had it setup and brewing in less than 5 minutes. I got this one on black Friday to replace my old one. and when it came in I set it up right away. I used it the next day and was amazed how fast it warmed up the water and it brews faster then my old one did. So I'm loving it!! Only thing that I found out is that it doesn't use all k cups unless its from keurig But if u read the manual it says u can use any k cup but clearly u can't! but I still love it!

I've always wanted a Keurig. So versatile and worth the money because you can brew more than just coffee. A great choice if you live in a household where you are the only coffee drinker and only need one cup instead of 4 cups with a regular coffee maker. This is my first Keurig machine... I bought it for my teenage daughter to Make hot chocolate. Instructions are easy to follow through on the s instructions are easy to follow, all are on the touchscreen. Cleanup is e clean up easy and Best Buy has the best deal on the hot chocolate k-cups

Coffee is the most important part of my day and this awesome product simplifies getting the perfect cup. I no longer worry about measuring out the ground coffee & i love having a variety of k-cups!!! Highly recomend!!!

Keurig has made some progress on expanding the features of their brewer. The new selection for brew strength and the carafe option are plusses. Needing their carafe for around $30 is a big minus. But I get a very good and consistent brew which is the main point.

I'd been wanting a Keurig for months and finally made the decision to get one! No more wasted coffee and I have the option to brew a single cup or carafe which is nice because I don't have to measure the coffee anymore. Great investment so far! Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

The brewer works great, has all the options one would need for brewing a cup, or very very small carafe of coffee. If I was to purchase again I would pay the extra and get a model that has a larger water capacity, and comes with the carafe. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

I purchased this Keurig because I wanted to use the Carafe in the mornings to make coffee for the spouse and I. Mornings are super busy so having to only brew a small pot before we run out to the door to work is important to us. It makes getting out of the house quick and easy. I also love that I can dispense hotwater out of it. It replaced my kettle and our keruig is on almost all day long...especially during the weekends. Thanks Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

Very disappointed in the product last one I will buy I run a b/b .and need good coffee I feel the water temperature is Not hot enough for good coffee making if you don't use 6 ounces its a waste of time cause 8 ounces its watered down .. The k-cups are not enough coffee in it sorry not too mention rather stale over priced product thanks PS the only good thing is it makes coffee fast yes but brown colored water is not what I am looking for in this machine

I have tried many of the flavored K-Cups and all of them have been delicious. I would recommend a Keurig to everyone that wants the simplicity and the ease of use that it provides. This product is a great upgrade from the previous Keurig machines. portable yet can brew many cups of hot drinks and is good for daily use. My only word of advice is to clean it out probably every other week or else you'll get a lot of coffee residue in drinks you don't want coffee in!

Been wanting a Keurig for so long and finally had to get it since it was on sale for $89.99 and also got a 20 dollar gift card so bought some k cups been working very well and can choose the size cup you want. Best investment..

The coffee maker brews very good coffee, fast and easy. Saved a lot of money for not buying coffee from coffee shops.
