Heat up time - 3-4 minutes. There’s no auto on function on the k200 and the time spent waiting isn’t ideal. 2. Brew time + wait time between cups. K200 takes 1 min to brew which is fine, but then another minute or so to warm up for next cup. 3. 10oz max. I miss the extra 2oz from my old keurig. Overall fantastic machine but the 3 points above prevent me from 5* K200 is super sleek and looks great in our kitchen, overall very happy.
