Overall I like this product, however the instructions on how to brew with a carafe were lacking.

We've had this for about a month now and I use it for a cup of coffee every morning. I like the adjustable cup sizes and that fact you can do a carafe if needed. Wish it had adjustable temperatures. It doesn't get quite as hot as I would like.

great for our office, no more wasting half a pot each day.

My Keurig is great. The only issue I have is the weird sucking sound that it make when working.

The coffee maker works great but also seems to run out of water quickly. I'd like to be able to use the Keurig Carafe with a regular K-Pod instead of the special carafe pods as well. Overall I'm happy wirh my purchase and can live with these small inconveniences

I bought this for work at a small pharmacy. We are always on the go and making an entire pot of coffee doesn't ever work for us. It either sits and gets old or we don't have time to make it. Now we can have coffee, tea, or even hot chocolate in just a few minutes. We love it!

It's a good machine but limited to the size of mug you use

It is so quick and easy to get my cup of coffee in the morning without wasting half the pot. Also the non-coffee people can make hot tea or cocoa with ease. The only drawback is this model has a small water reservoir so I find I am adding water frequently.

This machine works really well. The multiple brew sizes are nice to have. I drink the full carafe size in one go, but the wife drinks smaller beverages out of it so it works perfect for us.

This is a great machine at a great price. With brew sizes up to 10oz it's great for the morning cup of coffee or relaxing evening cup of tea. My only negative is that it does use the keurig DRM to prevent you from using certain k-cups however that is easily avoided.

I’ve had this machine for quite some time and it has performed well. This is my 2nd Keurig machine. The first one I had for about 3 years with great performance. It started having issues, so I just bought a new and improved one.

I have been using it for over a year now and I love it. Very functional, practical and fast. Does not have many features or options but makes hot drinks quickly.

It works great! The sleek design makes it perfect for a small counter. The coffee is ready in seconds, you just have to give it about 30 sec for the water to warm up. It will work only with keurig brand pods! Even with the refill cup, make sure is for your keurig.
