pros: numerous coffee sizes, brews fast, easy to clean, strong coffee option is a benefit, larger capacity reservoir cuts down on water refills and the coffee maker doesn't clog up as much as previous kuerig coffee makers. cons: no filter in box.

I have used an automatic coffee maker for a long time, but this is my first Keurig. I like the ability to make servings of three sizes, although I have not yet made the three sizes available. I enjoy the availability of coffee in many localities and types of stores. Those choices were not available with my previous machine. So far, loving the coffee maker and coffee.

Warms up quickly. Easy to maintain. Produces excellent cup of coffee.

My first Keurig is a K50 that I've had for about 6 to 8 months. It is fine. I use it at home everyday. After a while I decided I needed a Keurig for the office. I got this one, the K425 because it was on sale. I was a little apprehensive about getting the 2.0 Keurig after reading some horror stories on the internet. I do a lot of research on my purchases. I absolutely love the K425. Setting the water to automatically preheat before I get in the office is great!. Changing the default setting is perfect. You can even change the background on the display. My default is strong and 10oz. A few of my friends and I use it in my office. We go through about 6 to 7 cups a day. I do have to fill the water everyday but I love being able to have the variety of coffee without making a whole pot. Yes it expensive. I typically pay about 35 to 50 cents a cup because I look hard for K Cup sales. I do use HyVee branded cups for cheaper ones but mainly Keurig Hot Caribou or Starbucks. Love it. I'm waiting for my K50 to break so I can get another K425. Only 4 stars because it's still new(ish). I don't know the durability. Hopefully it will last a long time but we'll see.

Love this coffee maker. I was very hesitant about spending so much money on a coffee maker but this machine is well worth every penny. I love that you can change the temperature. Most of the machines I had in the past were either too hot or not hot enough. I also love the water tank is on the side and makes it very easy to fill and it alerts you when you need to add water. It makes coffee super fast too. No more waiting 4 or 5 mins for a cup. K-cups can get expensive so I recommend getting the reusable filter so you can still use your favorite ground coffees and save money.

This is a great Kuerig Coffee Maker. The coffee is very hot, easy to use and consistent. You can use your own coffee grounds (you do have to buy the reusable K-cup 2.0 to hold the coffee grounds). I use spring water. I have owned my Kuerig for all most 7 weeks and love how convenient it is. This one can be used with a carafe (also bought separately). I wish the setting included 16 oz for the single cups since I like my coffee not so strong. I use the 8 oz setting twice. It heats up very quickly - less than a minute so I turn it off until the next day. I also wish that it was taller so that my 20 oz mug would fit. I have a work around using a small solid box to sit under the machine with the drain tray sitting loosely not attached.

We absolutely love this machine. We’ve always used this brand. But, stepped it up to the 425. The larger cup option comes in handy for us. We also like the ability to make it stronger in flavor. We have never had these options before. We will continue to buy this brand and continue to get them from Best Buy.

Easily started using this as soon as we got it home. Set-up was easy. Use of touch screen for settings is very nice feature. I like the option to use a carafe or any size cup or mug.

This was my first Keurig coffee maker so naturally I had to check the reviews. Most were good and some were bad (mostly from being overly picky). I am usually on the go and need something quick but sometimes I have company and need more from my coffee maker. This coffee maker does it all. I can make a single cup or a carafe. I have a lot of mugs that range from 10oz - 16oz and it can toggle between all with a push of a button. Very easy to use and clean. If you are looking for a coffee maker that does more than that...Starbucks is right around the corner but if you just need something to make a good cup of joe than this will do the trick.

I am going to admit that I am not a huge fan of pod coffee or any of the other techie solutions on the market. Yes, they make a half decent cup of coffee, but for the real deal you really should be getting decent beans yourself, grinding them just before brewing, and then using a French Press to get the best coffee you possibly can. The thing is, that takes time, and I don't always have time. These Keurig machines are a good alternative when you're just in too much of a hurry to make a proper cuppa, or you are simply feeling too lazy to do a proper job. So, this machine, it's good. It gets the job done with no fuss. Pop the pod in, make sure it has water, press the button, and voila. I have no complaints on the machine or what it produces. It's not the machine's fault that it can't grind on the spot and use that instead of a pod. The price is fantastic, and it looks great on your kitchen counter.

This is probably one of the best purchases I have ever made. It's very handy that you can set the start up and off time especially for the mornings before work. It defenitely beats having to leave early to go to Starbucks which can get pretty busy in the morning, not to mention the amount of money I've saved so far from not going to Starbucks 4 times a week. It's a plus that you get points towards your Starbucks account when you buy Starbucks k-cups which can earn you a free food item/drink of your choice once you earn enough stars. The start up does take some time when it pre heats but overall an awesome purchase.

Easy to use on cleanup is a breeze fast to make hot drinks

Purchased this Keurig as an Xmas gift for the hubby who had an older, smaller model that was on its last legs. I am not a coffee drinker so I will only relate to you the feedback my husband has given on it. He loves the larger water well, and the fact that he can brew enough coffee in one setting for his Camelbak thermos to take to work, which apparently required two brewings on the old one. He loves the digital interface and the speed at which it functions overall.

This is easier to operate than the previous models I have owned.It's hard to find a model that will last, and doesn't have occasional lapses where it stops working for no apparent reason.

My son wanted a keurig to make coffe at first i told him it was a waste of money to buy an expensive coffee pot , was i ever wrong its the best thing we ever did , love my keurig

K cups can get pricey, but they tend to be worth the variety you can get. This machine is very helpful when you're on the go or in a hurry. After having it corr some time now, we've come to realize that it has learned our regular brewing time and it automatically starts to warm up the water at that same time everyday... even on the weekends when we sleep in. Worth the money!

It's fast and easy and makes a good cup of coffee. The pods are a litlel expensive.
