I purchased this Keurig as a replacement for the previous smaller model. I find the quickness and heat of the coffee is superior to previous models. It is quick and efficient. The larger water reservoir is so much better than the smaller ones. Less time refilling and more time enjoying the perfect cup of your favorite beverage. Would definitely recommend this product. Love the red color -- brightens up the kitchen counter!

This is a replacement Keurig and I like that it gives you choices like a strong brew and hot cocoa as well as multiple cup sizes. The color is more attractive than the old shiny silver and black.

Would buy again. Pro - Doesn't draw water until brewing cup, unlike 1.0 versions. Con - Power button on touchscreen only functions to turn power ON. Cannot turn unit OFF. Quickest auto shutoff is 15 minutes of non-op. Not big deal, but button shouldn't be displayed when unit is on if it is nonfunctional.

What's not to like about the K425. It's fast, hot and my coffee always taste great. I actually bought it for my wife and she loves it.

Good coffee pot. Problematic in that it will not use Keurig pods previously purchased. They need a special Keurig emblem. Love the ability to make a cup at a time and change flavors with each cup.

I bought this new to replace older model of the same brand, Color is very beautiful and it makes better coffee.very happy about it.

I bought this Keurig to replace one that made it almost 3 years. The original was solid and actually had some metal parts. This one is obviously more cheaply made and everything is plastic. The pump noise is much different than the old one as well and significantly noisier. But I'm spoiled and love a single cup of coffee. I looked into other brands and at the ratings and came to the conclusion that you could just as easily get a bad one from another brand as you could from Keurig. The comments on Keurig that specifically concerned me are that it is not made as well and that it quite true. I really don't expect this one to last a year. I really like the pearl color though.

I love the Keurig K425. The touch screen is easy to follow. I love that it has settings for strength of coffee.

Super easy and fast way to make coffee. Item looks very sleek, pairs well with all of my other home appliances.

This Keurig is easy to set up, to use and maintain. There is a setting to make strong coffee which I love.

Press the screen icon, preheats in about half a minute, put pod in and in another minute- hot drink. Can choose ounces but I stuck with 10 oz when it seemed to need needle maintenance when I chose 12oz. Needle maint just meant to me to lift handle, let drain, reposition pod and close.

Really easy to set up and use. Let's me know when I need to add water even though I can see through the clear wall of the machine. It's nice to read it. Let's me know when my brew is ready. I know I can see when it's ready but I like how it kinda interacts. I have a older model that has and continues to work. Really enjoying this one. It was a present from my kids. Great coffee maker.

I have both the K250 and K525 and have to say i prefer the K250 despite needing to refill it more often. The hot water dispenser option is easier to use and the drip tray actually locks into the machine. The K525's software doesn't seem to work as expected and can be tricky to use.

I love the screen touch feature. So easy to use and elegant look! The water reservoir is big enough for my family use.

First keurig machine ever purchase very happy with it has a beautiful design, great price got it on sale. Would definitely recommend to everyone love that you have the option to pour hot water.

My gf wanted a coffee maker and this one was at a good price. Good features and easy to use, would buy again.

Only thing that i am disappointed in is how quickly the water runs out. DIdn't think that the bigger reservoir was necessary, but every night i am filling it up to be prepared in the morning
