The machine is great for someone who needs one cup at a time or for someone who has multiple people who like different drinks. I like a blonde roast coffee while my girlfriend prefers a dark roast. This machine allows us to make each persons separate drink with no waste.

the only thing I would like to see done is to install a larger reservoir I drink a lot of coffee and have to fill it up 6 or 8 times a day.

This item was easy to setup, with a great interface. It has great brewing options, many of which the older models did not have. I highly recommend! Best Buy staff was great in making sure I got the protection plan and were very helpful in completing my purchase!

I bought this keurig for my office and it doesn't disappoint. The water reservoir is large so you don't have to fill up as much and I'm obsessed with the pear white.

I used to have a Keurig VUE brewer, but the VUE-cups are being discontinued... This is a decent replacement... I would have liked to be able to brew a 120z cup... But considering the K-Cups hold less Coffee than the VUE cups did... Maybe a 10oz Strong Coffee is better... Certainly there is more variety in K-Cups than there was in VUE...

I like the this Keurig - K425 Coffeemaker, but it is a little bit slower than the older versions, not by much.. I like that you can select normal or strong options and also select the cup size. This allows you to get the right flavor for a specific coffee flavor you are drinking.... Very Good Machine. We have been using it for about 2 months with no problems....

425 works great. Versatile coffee maker. Purchased a carafe and now can make larger amounts of coffee. Had B-60 for 8 years and it worked great, then went to the Remington, which lasted about 18 months. So I figured go back to what works, Keurig! All is well

Like other reviews state it is noisy. At first it was excellent, but then for a little while some grinds ended up in my coffee cup. But that also only lasted for maybe 4 cups, after that we are back to a cup of coffee with no grinds floating on top.

I love that i am able to set an alarm and the maker will begin warming up.

I am a first time buyer of Kuerig and I am very happy with the product. I read lots of reviews of the product and read about their being grounds in the cup. Well it happened once then I cleaned it and it has yet to happen. *knocks on wood*

The 70 ounce water supply on this Keurig allows you to brew and go anytime without having to wait around to add water for each cup. Plus, the coffee is brewed to your choice to strength and taste. This machine brews a great cup of coffee with ease.

I've held off on ordering a Keurig because they're so expensive. Went to Best Buy to Christmas shop and noticed these on sale for $109 and came with a $20 gift card with purchase. This version comes with the option to make a pot or a cup. Thanks Best Buy!

My daughters tried to get it for me when they first came out and I said no. They got it anyway for me last Christmas. I can only say ....why did it take me so long to tell them YES. Love it. Finally got my husband to use it also. He is now spoiled

I’ve stayed away from purchasing a Keurig coffee maker for quite some time believing that they were overpriced and gimmicky, however, now that I gave in (thanks to the missus) I stand to be corrected. This is one of the best purchases I’ve made in a long time. I have always enjoyed a nice cup of coffee but always found myself wasting coffee when I wouldn’t drink a whole pot. I found myself constantly dumping good coffee out because I’m one of those people that refuse to reheat coffee. With this machine I make just the right amount every time. It’s so versatile too as I can use a filter and make coffee from a regular container, loose tea, and k-cups that have hot chocolate, apple cider, etc. I find myself not only using it every day now, but several times a day. Money well spent for certain. I just wish I got one sooner.

I upgraded from an older Keurig. I like to grind my own beans and heard you can't use refillable pods with the 2.0 models. This is not true if you watch the right YouTube video. I'm using my own pods and coffee. My brew has never tasted better!
