The big water tank is a plus, and it's big enough to handle some of our coffee tankards (big coffee drinkers). Easy installation and cleaning. Highly recommended!

I am utilizing the carafe when I have guests , and individually I can program my size of cup, (5 sizes)and whether I want it strong or regular.... The Best Buy sales person on the floor was very helpful

The only 2 things I don't like is that it's kind of loud, the orange-ish ready button don't function, I don't get that part??? Other than that I like my nifty machine.

DRM is annoying

After a couple of years, the older one was fine so I took it to work. This one will prepare a larger, 12 oz cup of coffee. We really like that feature. It looks nice in my kitchen, too!

I am so happy, i can choose coffee stronger, etc.. agua disposal, i can do the big pots for 4 coffees at once. I love it. And BBY priced match for me

They are nice because of the different selection of cup, mug, and carafe sizes. They are also nice because it only takes a few minutes to get a fresh cup of coffee.

No time to wait for the unit heat up! Next this unit does the 12 oz cup which is awesome. My last unit (the smaller version of this one) only did 10 oz cups so I would have to run an 8 and a 4 to fill my cup. Lastly this one has some other cool features like being able to customize the wall paper scheme and has lights in the water reservoir when it is on. It makes really great coffee and I am very glad I bought it. I use prefiltered water in mine, but if you are using tap make sure to get a filter for the reservoir to keep hard water deposits out of the machine. It does not come with a filter, at least mine didnt. That would be nice, because most of my other keurigs did, but they do sell them. Enjoy!

Coffee comes out great and the water heats up so fast. Does ask for refills really quickly but it’s a great addition to my kitchen.

Brews more like real coffee, not like instant coffee. My old one left me with the feeling I was drinking instant coffee. This one also seems to brew it much hotter!

I love using it everyday. The color is awesome. Sounds crazy to say about a Keurig but it looks elegant and color matches anything.
