Love the design! Takes up minimal space and very easy to use.

Our second Keurig and it does not disappoint. The size selection, bold feature and larger reservoir are very good. A bonus for us was color matching our kitchen backsplash tile with the Sandy Pearl color. We are happy☺.

I have used Keurigs for years and this one by far is better.

This has become a part of my life. It makes preparing yourself coffee in the morning so much easier and faster with little or no effort at all. You have to clean it once a while though but hey, do you not clean anything at all?

This is my second brewer. Previous was older type with only one option. Now my brewer can make regular or strong coffee, depend what I want. Also more cup with carafe. Perfect in the morning, noon, afternoon and evening. I love its.

This Keurig is perfect for anyone who wants a single serve brewer. The color touch screen is perfect for navigation but the actual coffee is amazing, not only that but the vast variety of choices is the best part of this machine.

Wish would've bought the 500 series for the water capacity

Haven't purchased carafe to make multiple servings. Love to have a cup in late day and not make a pot. Enjoy the cappuccino flavors too. Even use just hot water for cocoa and tea. Not ready to give up my full size pot yet though.

This coffee maker is really fast and makes good coffee.

Keuig 2.0 replaced a Hamilton B (large capacity) that made great coffee but also wasted a lot. Actually reduced my coffee bill and makes a great cup on demand. Spouse also likes that ability to brew a cup of tea quickly.

So far my wife loves it. Everything works as advertised.

I love my coffee maker but it does not work with the pot

I love it! I save time and money everyday by making coffee at home. I also bought a reusable K-cup filter and can now make delicious Colombian coffee. I pour the coffee in a thermo cup and keeps hot for 8 hours.

I have to say this version of the Keurig, seems a lot easier to use and has better options to make your coffee. I like the pot of coffee feature that was not on the other version and it seems worth it to get the separate pot.

Makes OK coffee. It’s not fancy but it’s a cheap, surprisingly full featured single serve machine. The low cost makes it easy to replace when it eventually dies from descaling in 3 years—as these things tend to do.

My husband has always wanted to buy one and I gave in!

My old Keurig finally gave up the ghost after 1000s of uses. Looked at the various models and settled on the 425. Glad I did, works great, easy to use, and my coffee is ready when I get downstairs each morning. Love it.

This is my second keurig I’ve had, I received a warranty replacement for my last one in store and it’s working like a dream. I had to replace it because it wasn’t measuring out water correctly. Not enough in the glass. But I love it and would definitely recommend the protection plan. They are definite worth it. Ps I would clean it with cleaning vinegar, regularly.

Great product that makes both single serve and large pots of coffee. I love the adjustable strength level and the deep water tank that this model offers. Only draw back is getting use to the “easy” to operate touch screen menu. It took a little while to get use to to all of the extra features.
