This replaced an older Keurig and is still a great way to save on coffee. I really enjoy the little cup that we use for our own grounds and loose tea. This saves us in money but also using too many plastic pods. Love the programable time and the bigger water container.

First you can choose the size of coffee 4,6.8 10, 12, which is good, also you can use it just for hot tea. Tells you when it done brewing, when it time to clean the pot, and low on water

makes consistent brew many choices of coffee.I drink lots of coffee a day so it's getting pretty pricey but love the convenience. Now I can have my Newmans own and wife can have half calf.

Upgraded from the smaller Keurig after several years of use and could not be happier with this model. Haven't tried making a carafe yet, but looking forward to that capability!

Working good so far. The only problem they have is that they clog too fast, usually.

Love my new Keurig - I needed a new upgrade from my old one that was 3 years old. I wish I was able to shut it off though - that is my only problem. It seems to be on all the time unless I unplug it. If there is an on/off switch that I don't know about, please let me know. :)

My wife loves flavored coffees Best Buy had the most competitive price on this Keurig. I found after playing with it we'll both enjoy it. I will definitely shop at Best Buy much more often.

Purchased this machine to replace my old one. This one has a much larger resivoir than my old one (new one has 70oz resivoir vs old one a 24oz). I like being able to choose cup size.

I love my new Keurig. I had the smaller version and it worked well for four years. The new one has a lot of different options that I like and the water reservoir is larger. I love it.

Definitely worth the money!! We wake up early and can set it to have coffee made for when we get up! And the coffee is always perfectly made. Would definitely recommend it

I love that i can use this coffee maker for a pot or for single servings of various sizes. It's quiet. Quick. I can use it for tea as well. I would definitely recommend this coffee pot.

Better than last unit we bought. Keurig continues to improve their products and I'll happily continue to buy. Great tasting coffee, good flexibility and huge selection.

I was hesitant to switch over to the 2.0 model of the Keurig. The transition has been great, works faster, coffee always tastes smoother, and the machine is much more responsive.

This is a good product. I had the original but it kept having pump issues after 3 years. The new one works well and I like all the new feature but I must admit I am a little disappointed that it takes longer to make a single cup than the previous model I had.

This is my 4th Keurig between my two houses. I love all the options and the ease of programming. I also love the new color. It coordinates so well with my new kitchen

Excellent for on the run, and for smaller families who don't need to brew an entire pot of coffee. I especially like the timer functions, and the ability to change the brew sizes.

The option of making one cup of coffee is awesome and always fresh .? Plus if you want to make a pot of coffee you can purchase one .
