Very easy to use and the water reservoir is plenty big enough that you won't have to refill very often. The touchscreen controls are very easy to figure out. The only thing somewhat negative I could say is that the standard brew temperature is very hot, and the unit won't let me adjust it in the setting. This option might not be available on this model. Brewer only, no accessories included.

Worst model, but Keurig support The BEST

After about a 4 weeks of use, these coffee makers would stop in the middle of a brew with some message saying brewing has stopped, maintenance required, clean the needle blah blah blah... so I played the game of cleaning the needle, running hot water (3 times) and it would only fix it for about 5 more brews and then it would happen again. The only reason I gave it one star was because when we called Keurig support (because it was past the 30 days to take back to Best Buy) they walked me theough cleaning it (Which I explained I’ve done several times) and eventually shipped me newer models for free and shipping labels to send the defective units back to them. They handled the issue properly and very thankful for that.
