    This model does everything I expected. Additionally it uses almost any K-cup, even the cheap ones not Kureg approved. maybe I got a defective one because all posts indicate only the Kureg ones can be used. Very fast dispensing and reheating, coffee and amount consistent every time. We drink a lot and the reservoir size for us is perhaps not large enough but is the largest one available and will work for most people

    It looks and works good. I'm disappointed you cna only use genuine k cups in it. Had I read the description thoroughly, I wouldn't have purchased this model.
