Added bonus, at least I think so. It could be annoying for some. I'm not sure if you can turn off this feature. The white LED shines from under the water well up into the water for a nice effect enmiting a cool, pleasant, subtle light. Thanks, Keurig!

My 3rd Keurig
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my Kuerigs - this is my 3rd and, while this is a step up from my previous, it doesn't quite live up to it's "new and improved" billing. It functions fine but it seems to be slower than the older models. I use a large cup so I have to run two cycles to fill the cup and it seems to take a lot longer than the previous models to heat the water between cycles. Not a big deal but I would expect newer models to perform better and faster than the older generations.

I don’t use it often (maybe once or twice a week) and after about 8 months, I had to contact Keurig about an error I kept getting. Keurig has a phenomenal customer service team! They replaced the machine and the new one has been working for awhile now. The problem is DO NOT use tap water with the machine. I truly love the convenience of the Keurig! Great item and definitely recommend.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My Cuisinart K-cup coffee maker quit brewing and we couldn't find another like item to replace it so we went with the Keurig branded model. It's OK but it has no on-off switch so you have to set the shut-off time rather than be able to shut it down as we head off to work. I guess we could unplug it but that might mean having to reset all the controls again, but haven't tested that.
