    When you buy a Keurig, you know what you are getting. I had a Keurig 2.0 top of the line unit, but after two years it just stopped working. This seems to be an ongoing issue, it's as if they have a self destruct feature. Because it was out of warranty, I just went to Best Buy and bought a replacement unit - it's a lower end version of the 2.0 brewer. It works fine for now. I know that I should start saving because in two years I'm sure I'll be getting a new one!

    My wife really enjoys coffee so I got this for her as a birthday present. She absolutely loves it. It's great because you can buy K-Cups or use your own blend. I'm not much of a coffee drinker but having this machine definitely makes it enjoyable. Our only complaint is the temperature. It doesn't get quite as hot as she would like. But after doing some research I realize it's just a limitation of home coffee makers like this. Overall we are very much pleased.
