    On the first one we got, the touch screen display was bad. It had some lines/bars running through it but Best Buy was easy to deal with in swapping for another one. The second one is perfect and works so well. It brews coffee quickly and has some really neat features! It makes brewing coffee before leaving for work easy!

    I had my old Keurig for a few years until it stopped working. I honestly went the next day and bought this one as I must have my coffee and have grown quite fond of Keurig machines. This one has been great so far, I actually like that I can make a bigger cup of hot water now. The old one would only do up to 6oz.

    I am really enjoying my keurig. The previous one I had needed to be used twice in order to fill a mug. I also liked being able to get a white coffee maker to match other items in my kitchen. I've been using keurig almost since it came out and I will definitely continue doing so. I would recommend this product to everyone.
