We had this same system previously and love the various settings offered. The last system we had only lasted about a year before we started having issues with the needle. Hoping we don't run into that same problem again.

I honestly liked our old Keurig better. While the fluid levels are much more accurate, the metering noise is annoying. The old one made hotter coffee.The old method of removing spent K-cups was more accessible. But all things considered, this one seems fine. It has more choices for sure and does make a good cup of coffee!

The product works as expected and has offered no problem or issues but honestly This model is not worth the extra money. Ultimately the point is you want a cup of coffee quick and the more basic (and cheaper) model does exactly that just as well.

I spent a ton of money on starbuck then switched to this and literally save thousands of dollars. It’s not same taste or experience as starbuck but gets the job done most cases

This product is very easy to use also easy to clean.

we couldn't decide if we should get it cuz we have a Mr coffee for company (and my husband) and a Keurig which I use. now we have 2 in one and take up less counter space. it's so pretty with many options in settings.... love it

This is my third Keurig it works well easy set up.

I bought this for my mom. She really likes it. It came with a 25 dollar gift card and was also on sale. So it made since to buy this one. It has a lot more options then the one I have and the reservoir is bigger.

Always thought of getting a Keurig. Husband bought this for me and I am so happy with it. I really like having the LCD screen for programming and the water reserve tank. Only downfall is the LCD screen goes weird once in awhile. I've read this is a downfall of the machine. I will have to submit for warranty at some point.

This Keurig while being an excellent coffee brewer is also the best looking one of the bunch. Best Buy had this color called Sandy Pearl. Its gorgeous and was a wonderful Mothers Day Gift for our mom. Thank you Best Buy!

We bought a K200 originally and liked it so much we took it to Oregon when we visited our daughter. We left it with her and decided to upgrade to the K425. The main upgrade is a larger and easier to refill water tank.

Just finished setup and had a cup. Good value for the product at the discounted price, would not have paid full price. Read Kpod reviews and get the one that scores high - not all brands are good in Kpods.

Great asset for kitchen island. Have not encountered any problems with our unit and we use it often. Much quieter than previous Keurig we owned; light on this unit is a special feature too, especially at nighttime.

It is slower than my old model and will not work unless it's nearly half filled (will give you a 'add water' message). The cup size is also not consistent. On a positive note, it is quieter than my previous coffee makers and the color is gorgeous.

If you don’t have Keurig unit, you are missing out on great morning coffee or tea! So easy to use, really hot, very hot!! Sixteen once mug, great tasting coffee all the way to the office.

I bought this product to use in my new office. I would recommend buying this product for an office. At home I use a different brand for my K-cup pods. The water gets hot but not hot enough nor can you control the temperature to precise brew tea. Overall great product for you office at work.

I purchased this to replace another Keurig I had. I've been very happy so far with it. I like all of the added functions and features included with this model. Also when I purchased it Best Buy had the best price.

Our first Keurig lasted us over 5 years and was used alot. We originally bought a smaller Keurig replacement and quickly realized we needed this size. Great product and love the variety of coffee was can get!

For someone like me, who works out of town a lot and works a lot of hours, this is perfect. No rush in the morning, nothing to set up in the evenings, and no mess. Keep it filled, because for some reason you have to have like a half gallon of water in there for it to work, but other than that it's great!

My original Keurig coffee maker died after about 10 years. I love this new one, it has sooooo many additional settings and features than my original one. I couldn't be happier, this will make my mornings great again!
