Plain and simple one of the best coffee pot on the market very easy to clean get the water filter for the water reservoir it even tells you when to clean it and then just buy the Keurig cleaning solution.

I owned a previous version of the Keurig; it was great and I could program it as needed. This new version is just great. It does have a bright color display and additional features. It also looks great in my kitchen.

I had this machine for about a month and the screen stopped working, I contacted Keurig and they sent me another machine promptly. So far I haven't had another issue, I've had the 2nd machine for about a year. Still glad I bough the geek squad warranty just in case.

I like the larger water capacity with the option to make single cup or make a full carafe. It has a cool look and a clock you can set so it’s ready to go when you wake up to make your cup of joe.

Very happy with my Keurig! Coffee has a better flavor then the regular maker using the same coffee! Yes, you can use any coffee you like. Just find a reusable cup. No problems using off brand cups either.

As always a great product. We have had 3 different ones over the years. Great customer service. Even purchased one for my daughter when she moved out so she could have her own

Great unit, use it at the office, works like a champ. I like that I can schedule the unit to come on before staff arrives and off after normal drinking coffee times. larger water tank is really nice as well.

I was expecting problems when trying to use non-Keurig K-pods (non-compatible). VERY happy that it works with ALL K-pods, including refillable K-cups! And the large reservoir is a plus.

This product seems to be doing an okay job. Having come from the Cuisinart version this product seems cheaply made. It is very noisy when sucking water and brewing coffee. Hopefully it will last half as long as the Cuisinart one did.

This our 3rd coffee maker of this type. I enjoy being able to make a single cup. First one started acting odd so replaced it We have one at our condo and in game room as well as in kitchen Very handy

I have bean an avid user of the keurig brand for many years now, and when I purchased the k425 I was again astounded be it's efficiency. I love the touch display and the large capacity tank.

This is the first Keurig that I've bought. Sometimes when I turn on it on the screen has lines running through it. It works fine but for what I paid for it I expected a better product!!

We love our new Keurig...the serving size options suit our needs perfectly. The only two complaints we have are: -the water temperature doesn't get very hot -the clock has to be reset every time you remove the water reservoir If they fixed those two issues it would deserve 5 stars!

We love the coffee maker. It has a few more settings the previous models. Really like that the display screen is bigger and easier to work. It seams to be more user friendly as well.

This Keurig was a great upgrade from the single. Allows for many different sizes and allows you to make more than just 8-12oz. Color was great too! Helped match and blend into our new kitchen!

I love this product. No complaints. I had a k45 elite, and the cheapo really simple keurig. I love that this one can turn it self on at any time you pick, it preheats before I wake up.

Bought this for my mom, she loves it. Can make her cup of coffee with just a single pod. Still running good, just make sure to clean it when recommended.

We upgraded from our original keurig. This has nice features like programmable timer and holds a lot of water. Only drawback is it does not work with older pods because it reads the label to brew.

This was purchased to replace a much older Keurig. This one is great so far and having a built in timer is great. Nothing better than waking up and the coffee is already made and hot.

My old k cup maker had quit working so I decided it was time to update. So I read the reviews and this is the best one and the sales associate helped me out to make my decision at my local Best Buy.
