had an older style keurig for about 5 years. didn't see a need to upgrade but bought this as a gift for my wife and it's 20x better. love the features that weren't available on the older model.

We love our Kuerig. This specific item has all the bells and whistles including compatibility with the carafe which is nice. The color works well with our kitchen as well which is nice.

I would definitely recommend this to any one look for a new coffee maker. You can make a single cup or multiple.

My husband has a yeti cup that he uses for everything and the yeti fits under this coffee maker and now he can keep his coffee hot a long time without dirtying to many cups.

I purchased it because we use Keurigs at work and I love it. I purchased this Keurig for the price. I only read reviews for it after I purchased it and found others complaining about this model being noisy.

Keurigs are great and are still evolving. This one is good with many options, bells and whistles. I think the only difference between this and top of the line is water tank capacity.

I am surprised with this machine, as this my second one and the previous was perfect, but this one is more noisy unfortunatelly! And could not make Lavazza espresso as the pump stops due to low power!

I purchased this for my wife, and she absolutely loves it. Even my daughter makes Hot Chocolate with it. Don't forget to set a sleep mode, or it will keep water hot and ready all day long.

I love my new Keurig, I have had it for 3 months now and I only fill it with water once a week. This is a great before work cup of coffee or tea. No problems with it so far.

Keurig has refined the k-cup system to the max with electronics, speed of brewing and aesthetically pleasing products. I am really enjoying this coffee maker and a great price from Best Buy.

I like that Keurig because it is pretty easy to use; but I have had 3 Keurigs and they all suffer the same problem. Water blockage and continuous dripping after coffee is done..

Initial impressions are favorable. My first one crapped out on me, so I bought this one for work. The options for coffee and "hot chocolate" is a God-send, because the old one would not work with cafe mochas (my personal favorite). And the capacity is much larger.. win win!

I bought this for my father for Christmas. I have one myself which I bought through sams club and it came with a pot, reusable kcup and samplers. I was expecting the same when I bought this. Just be aware that this does not come with a pot nor samplers and reuseable kcup.

Needed a red keurig to match my kitchen theme. Had my previous one for many years. The old one is much quicker and simpler to use. New one is just nicer to look at, but older models function much better.

I bought this Keurig after the one I had ended up with a bug inside. I tossed that one out and this one really worked out well! It holds a lot of water and it's features do a great job!

My wife and I rarely drink coffee, but occasionally like a hot cup of cider, coffee, hot chocolate, etc. This machine is great for just that and there are so many choices for drinks.

Had to replace the Kerurig I'd had for almost 10 years...this one has bells and whistles the first one didn't have....love the convenience of individual cups of coffee on demand

So nice that my husband & i can have different coffee, teas, hot drinks every morning. We are checking out the different types. I wish the kcups were a liitle cheaper. I will look for sales to find better price, or use my best buy points for future purchases.

It does what it should, which is good coffee. For the premium price I would expect premium material/build. Feels plasticy and makes a loud pumping sound for pumping the water from reservoir container.

This unit replaced an original Keurig. It is much slower than the original. Also, the strainer basket doesn't strain out the sediment nearly as well as the original. I do prefer the screen and menu though. It has a neater appearance too.
